The nature, the stillness and the magical landscape ... these are the reasons why I decided to restructure my grandfather's house!
Share with other people feelings, smells and tastes of the past, in the only village of Cogne completely immersed in the Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso, can only be a unique, priceless and unforgettable.
New apartment with furniture and finishings mountain.
Located on the ground floor consists of a master bedroom with exposed roof, comfortable bathroom with shower and kitchen with appliances and fittings (all whirlpool and induction hob Siemens) open to living room. Apartment with all mod cons including dishwasher, TV, washing machine, stove and heating.

Stay for ice climbing
Perfect location for access to the world class ice climbing in the area. No need to drive to access Valnontey's many routes. The place it's self was lovely; well maintained, clean, warm, charming. The owner was very helpful, excellent communication.

lovely place, excellent location for Ice climbing
This is our second season ice climbing from this apartment. For ice climbing It's location couldn't be better. The actual place is nicely done, clean, warm etc. It is OK for 2 adults - either sharing the double bed or using the bed and bed settee as we did. Theoretically you could fit 3 or 4 in, but not if you have a lot of equipment, and drying to do each night. Communication and help from the owner was excellent. Highly recommended.

La mia piccola vacanza in questa struttura, è stata molto confortevole sotto tutti i punti di vista, principalmente dalla pulizia, alla gentilezza di Mirko(proprietario)e del suo papà,che ha soddisfatto una mia piccola esigenza , Il posto è fantastico e strategico per le varie escursioni,in questo piccolo paesino ho passato le mie vacanze estive per ben 12anni quand'ero piccola,non vedevo l'ora di ritornarci, e dopo anni di ricerche sono riuscita a trovare questa piccola bomboniera di casetta,,dove accettavano i miei 2 pelosi...FANTASTICO

Camp de base idéal pour explorer la vallée de Cogne et Valnontey
Ce gîte répondait parfaitement à notre attente: équipement de cuisine neuf et complet, literie très confortable, salle de bain impeccable, machine à lessiver, place de parcage privée, etc. L'absence de terrasse ou de jardin privé ne pose pas d'embarras dans la mesure où la vaste nature qui entoure le paisible hameau de Valnontey est accueillante et à tout le monde! Merci à Mirko et son père pour leur accueil. Et merci aux marmottes et chamois qui étaient tous les soirs en face du gîte pour nous souhaiter la bonne soirée. Ne manquez pas de visiter l'exceptionnel jardin botanique alpin Paradisia, voisin du gite un jour où vous ne rentrez pas trop tard de randonnée...

La vacanza ideale
La settimana trascorsa a Valnontey è stata gradevole da tutti i punti di vista. Oltre alla bellissima cornice del Parco del Gran Paradiso dove sono possibili passeggiate per tutti i gusti, la casa che ci ha ospitato è stata davvero confortevole. Pulita e funzionale, accogliente e dotata davvero di tutti i confort. La posizione ottimale e indipendente ha assicurato anche un piacevole relax nei pochi momenti in cui eravamo in casa. Molto gentili e collaborativi i proprietari, sempre reperibili e disponibili a piccole richieste aggiuntive. Spero di ritornarci il prossimo anno magari per un periodo un po' più lungo. Un posto da provare e consigliare. Simonetta

Dit huisje ligt in een schitterende omgeving waar je prachtig kunt wandelen. Het huisje is heel mooi opgeknapt en we komen heel graag gauw weer terug. Zeer smaakvol ingericht en de eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk. Het was echt fantastisch.

CHALET FANTASTICO
Appartamento dotato di ogni confort e curato nei minimi particolari per trascorrere al meglio la vacanza. Ottima la posizione in mezzo alla natura e alla tranquillità nel parco del Grand Paradiso e ottimo punto di partenza per varie escursioni . I proprietari persone molte gentili e cordiali e mitico anche lo zio (fotografo) con le sue fotografie di animali del parco racchiuse in cornici da lui stesso realizzate e il suo amico inseparabile amico il gatto "neve" . Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per l'accoglienza riservata sia per la struttura e la consigliamo, è da provare! A dimenticavo ....... noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort e curato nei minimi particolari per trascorrere al meglio la vacanza. Ubicato in un luogo fantastico in mezzo alla natura e nella tranquillità del parco del Grand Paradiso. I proprietari persone molte gentili e cordiali, mitico lo zio (fotografo) e le sue fotografie di animali racchiuse in cornici da lui stesso realizzate e il suo compagno fedele il gatto "neve" .Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti lo consigliamo , noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Ottimo rifugio
Siamo stati lo scorso anno ad agosto in questo bellissimo chalet di Mirko. Ci sono tutti i confirt e la posizione e" eccellente, ideale per tutti, anziani o neonati. Il gusto della baita e la simpatia di Mirko meritano 5 stelle. Senza contare che a fronte della casetta vive lo zio di Mirko, un lupo solitario mezzo artista mezzo genio, di circa 80 abbi amante della fotografia e della sua terra. Ci torneremo presto

Una vera casa di montagna
Abbiamo affittato la casa del signor Mirko in autunno per fare trekking durante i w.end, e consigliamo vivamente la casa, commoda, nuova, attrezzata,accogliente con la stufa a pellet, curata, e in una posizione che è veramente eccezionale , per gli appassionati di montagna vera..alla porta di casa, prati, torrente, camosci...per chi ama l'atmosfera rustica e autentica della montagna, questa casa è l'ideale!.il signor Mirko è gentilissimo, accogliente, e attento ad ogni tipo di richiesta.

Una fantastica settimana a Valnontey
L'appartamento é in tipico stile montano che rispecchia a pieno l'ambiente in cui e' situato. Curato nei particolari. Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilita' dei proprietari. I locali erano curati nella pulizia. Lo consigliamo agli amanti della montagna, della natura e del classico ambiente montano. La zona offre alcuni ristoranti ed un agriturismo dove si possono degustare i prodotti tipici di ottima qualita' a prezzi ragionevoli. Sicuramente da ripetere questa esperienza.

Fairytale!
We had a great time in Valnontey! The appartment is brand new, has all facilities you need and is well decorated (in cute mountainstyle). The tiny hamlet where the appartment is situated is like a little village out of a fairytale. The appartment is surrounded by impressive nature. At the same time, just around the corner, you find a tiny store to buy your 'alimentari' and a restaurant where some traditional dishes are served. Last but not least, the owner is a very kind and enthusiastic man! He is willing to explain everything and help out on anything. If you love mountains, hiking and tiny villages, this is your place to be!
