There are approx. 6 acres of land with lots of privacy and peacefulness!
The wrap around porch offers a beautiful view of the sunset and fans on those warmer days! The back porch has a outdoor dining table with fans and amazing sunrise views!

Our home is from 1930 and has so much character! Being about 20 minutes from Augusta, it is very peaceful yet close to all your needs! This truly is a unique home with so much to offer!
