Beautiful 3 bedroom condo on the Eagle River offers options for any vacationer. Enjoy the sounds of the river from the balcony patio, sleep with screened open windows and the fresh mountain air, or warm up after a day in the snow with the warmth of the gas fireplace…a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of life, but just minutes walk from entertainment: fine dining, restaurants and shopping including a movie theater and rentals. Step outside for a hike along the river bank or grab your fly rod or bike to experience all Colorado has to offer in the sunny months, or take a quick 1/2 mile drive to catch the lift in Arrowhead for a day full of skiing in the winter months…this condo is the perfect escape for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts alike.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, and private access to the balcony, large TV, and closet space. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds, large TVs, closets and share a bathroom. The kitchen is updated with Wolf and Subzero appliances. There is a dining area, and washer/dryer.

During the ski season, a covered parking space in Arrowhead Village may be available.

Great Condo

We loved the nicely updated condo, location that was an easy walk to the Riverwalk, & proximity to skiing. Doug answered all our questions and was easily available. The ice machine with mini ice cubes made drinking lots of water easy. Great amenities! We enjoyed walking to dinner at Juniper and The Rose. We skied at Vail and Beaver Creek, hiked Hanging Lake, & soaked in the hot springs at Iron Mountain. The condo was quiet and had easy parking. We would highly recommend.

Wow! What a Great Place!

This is a jewel box of an apartment, cozy but luxurious. the best equipped VRBO condo we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed at many. The owner was accessible and communicative. There were some hiccups (couldn’t get the fireplace to turn on, for example) and he was available to talk us through it. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve encountered, comfy beds, nice linens, looks JUST like the photos, great, convenient locale. Not huge, but hugely comfortable.

Great condo and great location! Our family had a great time in Edwards. Easy coordination with PM and condo completely lived up to its billing. Super easy access to river walk, shopping and restaurants. A wonderful weekend mountain escape. Can’t wait to go in the winter for skiing!
