Cottage in wine estate

Wine estate surrounded by vineyards, very tree-lined, crossed by the Thongue river, 2 km from Servian. He therefore enjoys great tranquility.

The location is excellent as the highway is close and provides quick access to the beaches.

The domain is halfway between Béziers and Pézenas, very lively in summer.

This area has a swimming pool of 10 meters by 5 meters, fully secure.
We provide bikes through a rental system.

We reside on the estate and remain attentive to the holidaymakers we receive during the stay in our park.

The apartment consists of a large dining room, kitchen on the ground floor from which there are two terraces. One is equipped with a barbecue, the second overlooks a garden and the swimming pool.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with a large 160 cm bed and the third with two 90 cm beds)
A bathroom with integrated toilet is also upstairs. A washing machine is present in this room

A second WC is located in a garage on the ground floor.

Wifi is present in the cottage, the television is equipped with a satellite to also receive German channels
