Welcome to our immaculate 12th floor, unit 1203. Professionally decorated condo! Riveting Gulf views! Will accommodates up to 6 guests, 1146 square footage. Master bedroom with king size bed on the Gulf with access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The second bedroom has queen size bed, the 2nd bath room can turn into another master bath, it has an access from the 2ND bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Gulf views from master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy a panoramic views as far as you can see to the East and West, relax and enjoy your favorite drink while watching the breathtaking sunset from a Very Large (10X28) BUBBLE BALCONY!

This unit has a granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, crock pot, coffee maker, blender along with all the dishes, pans and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Stackable washer and Dryer in the unit. Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combo. The living area and bedrooms each has a large flat screen TV, has cable and free Wifi.

Directly on the sugar sand most beautiful beaches. Indoor/outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, outdoor water-fall pool, dry and steam sauna, fitness room facing the Gulf, tennis court across the street, gas grills located on the pool deck.

We had a wonderful time!
My daughter and I had a great stay! The condo was beautiful, and we spent lots of time relaxing on the huge deck! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked up with all we needed to enjoy some meals during out stay. We loved the beach, and the location was great as well!

This little gem here….
First impression was how clean and neat things in the unit were when we arrived. Unit decor is inviting and as described. Fresh appliances in the kitchen and new fixtures in each of the bathrooms. Balcony is spacious and views are what you are for sure looking for. The elevator game is on point. This bank of four people movers worked flawlessly and were super fast to get you were you needed to be. Longest wait may have been 2 mins at most. Overall size of the property is not that large, so overcrowding was not an issue at all. Parking may be a bit tight for those that have full size trucks or SUVs, but not a show stopper by any means with the additional adjacent parking deck.

This was our 4th time staying at Emerald Isle but our 1st time staying in this particular room. We enjoyed it just was much as the others. Mrs. Lisa was prompt in communicating with us when needed. The room was as expected and our family had a blast! We love this end of PCB as it’s a little less crowded. Perfect for families.

Lisa was amazing. Her communication was amazing and she always got back with me quickly with all the questions I had prior to coming. The condo was so clean with everything you could need. The beach access was so easy to get to, and the added beach service is a great perk! We balcony was so spacious. We had 5 adults and a toddler with plenty of room to all be comfortable.

Awesome Girls Trip
My granddaughter was so excited to have her first airplane & beach experience and Our stay in this condo was the perfect place for our 2022 girls trip. The location is quiet, the unit is clean and it has a nice homey feel to it. Lisa gave great suggestions on activities & dining locations and was great at communicating with us on all of our needs in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

The listing for this property doesn't disappoint! Everything was as described. Very clean, and very comfortable for my family of 5. The balcony is definitely a plus compared to other places. We had the best experience renting this condo from Lisa. Super clean condo, great location and Lisa was wonderful. We will definitely rent this condo again. Mikes seafood across the street was our favorite restaurant in PCB.

Very clean and great owners.
This was a bad week for sure with it raining everyday, but at least we had a good condo to stay in. The owners were very responsive and gave us our privacy when we arrived later knowing we were tired from traveling with our infant twins for 7 hrs. They also checked on us throughout our stay and apologized for the weather (which they could not help). I also left my air pods that I got for Mother’s Day and she made sure I got them back which I was very grateful for. It’s hard to find honest people these days and they were. Luckily we hadn’t left the area yet so I was able to get them back quickly. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautifully decorated condo, just as the pictures show. Owner was easy to communicate with and touched base with us as needed. Condo was very clean. Kitchen was nicely appointed with everything we needed. Great balcony with lovely view and lots of seating. Would definately stay here again.

I am married and has 2 daughters. I am a retired Radiology Tech and a Medical Assistant for over 30 years. I also have over 20 years of experience in Real Estate sales and rentals. I have lived in Indiana until I retired in 2016 and moved to PCB permanently in 2017 with my husband Jeff who retired as a Captain from Indianapolis Fire Department.

Why they chose this property

I have travelled to PCB on vacation since 1990. I love the beach and the quaint atmosphere of PCB. In 2009 we have purchased our first condo at Tidewater Beach Resort as our second home and a beach vacation rental. Emerald Isle unit 1203 is our second condo purchased August of 2019. I manage both condos and it has been a very joyful experience.

Voted # 1 Specialty Resort. It is very easy to fall in love with this property. Riveting Gulf views are framed by immaculate interiors. HUGE BUBBLE BALCONY offering panoramic views as far as you can see to the East and West. Amazing water and beach views!

What makes this property unique

This unit is professionally, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Managed and operated by owner. Super clean, very spacious 1,146 sq ft. Settled at the quiet west end of the beach.
