About this property

Located just a 3-minute walk to our private beach and steps from our 10-foot-deep communal pool and BBQ area is unit #78, an efficiency apartment, which is located on the second floor of our 2-story motel building. This unit features a small kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, a queen-size murphy bed, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. For your laundry needs, there is a paid laundry facility on site, just steps away. There is parking on either side of the building. See you soon!

It was fairly OK. There was a light above the desk that didn't work. It didn't seem to be connected to any electricity!! Suggestion - Might want to invest in a better toaster and a Microwave that doesn't have rust on the inside. Overall pleasant studio. Close to the pool which was very nice. And Very quiet.

Ideal location, but unit needs updating

This property has many great features: perfect location in 3 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Venice. Great large swimming pool. Parking is very convenient to the building and there are plenty of spaces. The unit itself is very small, as described. Everything works, supplies are sufficient. One big negative - Murphy bed has an old mattress, causing us a back pain. It may be ok for either a teenager or 1-2 night stay for adults. This mattress needs to be replaced. In general, the unit needs to be updated from 1980-s into at least 2000-s.

Simple and complete

One I was settled the property was convenient. I just had a hard time figuring out the move in, parking, stairs, access, key location.

Staff was very friendly and the people we met at the pool have been going there for years. Very cool. So close to the beach and to downtown. Will stay there again.
