Located within the Villa Paradiso area of the Venice Villas community is this 1-bedroom villa that is just a 1-minute walk from the communal pool and a 2-minute walk from Venice Villas’ private beach on the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy 2 gazebos, long walks, fishing, sunbathing, and beautiful sunsets. This unit comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area, a screened-in lanai, a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin/single beds, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. There is a quaint central courtyard outside where you can relax and enjoy Happy Hour. And for your laundry needs, there is a communal laundry room a minute’s walk from the villa. We’ll see you soon!

Location, location, location

This is a great location just steps from the beach! Unit is small and older, but it suited our needs as we spent most of our time at the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Affordable and on the beach

This lovely little place is like a time capsule. Reminded of the beach places we'd stay in as kids. This unit had a living room/kitchen, bedroom and lanai. Perfect for a couple alone or with 1-2 little kids.
