Located within the Villa Laguna area of the Venice Villas community is this 1-bedroom villa that is just a 2-minute walk from the 10-foot-deep communal pool and a 1-minute walk from Venice Villas’ private beach on the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy 2 gazebos, long walks, fishing, sunbathing, and beautiful sunsets. This unit comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a screened-in lanai, a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed and two twin/single beds, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. There is a quaint central courtyard outside where you can relax and enjoy Happy Hour. And for your laundry needs, there is a communal laundry room a minute’s walk from the villa. We’ll see you soon!

Nice cute area

My 21 yo daughter and I just stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment is cute and the beach location is great! We went shark teeth hunting on Venice beach and Manasota Beach. Found almost 300 and some nice shells. We would stay here again.

I rented in Venice on the Island because I'd lived there for 16 years and I knew the location was a great one. It was close to the downtown area and right on the beach.

Location, location, location

It's right on the beach. That is the biggest selling point. The place is no frills, but clean. Had a wonderful time with family and would recommend booking it if you need some beach time and sunsets. Only complaint is an interaction with a woman (think she is a permanent resident toward the beach end of the property). She accused my brother - who was a guest with a pass - of trying to sneak out to the beach. Quite rude!

Was not the beach or setting we were expecting from the listing. The property management team was great and very responsive so overall it worked out okay.
