The best stay for a family!

Our experience was amazing! We stayed in North Myrtle Beach to get away from the crowds and but still be around hustle and bustle. It was wonderful! The resort was clean and great for a family. The pool and lazy river was a vacation saver with colder weather. The beds were very comfy and we had all the beach things we needed. We cannot thank the host enough. If we come back to North Myrtle Beach, we will for sure stay here!

We had a great time. Unit has a wonderful view. Beds were soooo comfortable. Kitchen was not well stocked. Needs a toaster and newer/cleaner pans. Several lights out and a few flickering. The exhaust fan in one bath didn’t work. The two accent chairs were not comfortable. But overall, we had a great friends’ weekend.

The resort was awesome. The staff was great!

We will definitely return to this resort. However, this unit is in need of updating. A toaster would be nice as well as a beach cart. Small things make a difference. A few other minor concerns but overall a great location .

⭐️Oceanview Condo

Condo is nice. Clean and equiped. Plenty of room for the four in our group. We each had our own comfy queen size bed. And two bathrooms. Main bathroom tub is a soaker tub (challenging to get in and out of for short heights and/or hip or knee issues). 12th floor provides a beautiful view of the pool area below and the Atlantic Ocean. We took in the Time Warp show at the Carolina Opry, Hunting Beach state Park wild life preserve (lots of gators)!, Merrells Inlet (Dead Doug restaurant is yummy!) And consider eating at hamburger Joes (can’t beat the prices and food is delicious). We also ate at the Tiki Bar at maritime resort. Avista restaurant is on he pricey side so we opted out! Plenty if parking in garage Across the street but it is tight. If you have parking challenges, go for the top :)! They also provide a shuttle to and from your vehicle if needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property!

As a former local, I love bringing my family back to the same beaches I enjoyed growing up. We love finding new places to stay when we visit. However, I think we’ve found our go-to spot to stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful and so clean! The resort was perfect for our two kids and we all had a great time!

Fun trip! Love the resort the condo is in!

Its a nice condo, clean, and amazing views right on the ocean! Love the cookware, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, etc. it was really helpful, we got food for breakfasts, lunches, and a couple dinners and cooked! The condo was comfortable and felt like a home. Also the Avista resort that it is at is really nice. They have fun events they put on, there’s a pool table and darts in the lounge, and indoor and outdoor lazy river, pools, hot tubs! Great restaurants within walking distance too! We recommend Buoy’s the boulevard, Melt, and Ducks Donuts! We also spoke with the hosts and they were helpful and had great communication. Thanks for a great condo and stay!

Beautiful location

Myself, my husband and our 4 children ages 9-19 all enjoyed our stay! The Avista Resort has so much to offer. I enjoyed my Coffee everyone morning looking out to the ocean. We spent most our time going to the beach and pool conveniently located right downstairs from the apartment. Less then a 30 minute drive to the boardwalk and Broadway at the beach made for a couple fun days out. The space is clean and has everything you need for cooking in and getting away from the heat. Would definitely return!

Very nice condo with plenty of space for a family of 4. Resort amenities are very nice and well maintained. Fitness center is very good for a resort gym so you won't have to go offsite. Be aware the parking deck is kind of tight to navigate if you are bringing a full size truck or SUV. 5 Stars!

This was such a great location. Wonderful view of the ocean, pools were nice, and the condo had everything we needed. The only issue was the resort didn’t have our reservation. I got in touch with Shannon, who was able to get everything straightened out quickly. If we need a place to stay in Myrtle Beach again, I would rebook this condo.

Great stay and view with minor issues

The view from the room was great. The room was quiet. I had to prompt the manager to get check-in details, but that was handled. The room was missing some cleaning supplies for the requested checkout procedure and the supply of TP was low. Those were minor inconveniences that didn't prevent a great stay. I would suggest a power strip be added near the nightstand on the right bedroom because the plug is hard to get to behind the mattress with the plastic shield.
