Our space has 1 BEDROOM which features King bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests(2 small kids or an adult.).

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.

After exploring the Vegas Strip, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE with in-room heating and air-conditioning controls. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the KITCHEN you'll find a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a tea maker, and complimentary coffee and tea supplies. You'll love the stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Take advantage of the shared BBQ area and grill your favourite meal or when you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, Gold Mine Bar & Grill, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a refundable damage deposit of $115 that will be returned provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required. A $39/day (+tax) resort fee will be collected upon arrival and covers access to the pool, gym, Wi-Fi, and on-site activities.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard!
