Condo has a nice balcony, private washer and dryer, high speed private internet, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, king- sized bed, private covered parking space next to building, Flat Screen TV, cable, and a DVD player. All linens are provided, however items such as detergents, toilet paper, facial tissue, and paper towels are not included. These items tend to be personal preference items.
