Enjoy our beautiful 2 story home. This newly built home is modern, airy and breathes in a ton of natural light throughout its open floor plan. Our Buffalo Trail Hideaway is around 2,400 sq. feet, with 3 big bedrooms. Not to mention, we are only half a mile (or less) from the lake and river, perfect for a group outing and a sunset walk!

The Vast, open floor plan leaves plenty of space for group activities and peaceful lounging around the home. The calming grey/white color scheme brings a tranquil vibe and helps keep the house cool. Cooking for a crowd is a breeze in our large open kitchen, with modern stainless steel appliances.
The home includes 3 bedrooms, the master suite is equipped with a 50" smart TV and spacious private bathroom. Two large bedrooms upstairs boast a queen-sized bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other. Enjoy the upstairs loft with a futon, cozy beanbag seating, Smart TV and board games.
The backyard has a new BBQ, grilling tools, and lounge chairs. The Smart Home system has everything at your disposal with the touch of a button you won't want to leave!

Fourth with the Framily

We booked this property due to its proximity to the river/dock/ramp access for our boat. The property owners/managers were very accommodating and even provided assistance when needed with the neighborhood amenities. The house was as described and was very clean, with modern touches and a brand new feel. Our 4th of July stay here was a major success!

Comfortable and Convenient

This property had mower space than I expected. It was very comfortable for my family and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior decor had been updated a bit for the pictures in the listing. That being said, we did think the house was on the water from the map and posting. It was not on the water but close. Regardless, the area was beautiful and we were overall very pleased with our stay.

Amazing home!

The house was perfect for our friends that came to visit us in Austin for the weekend. It was very clean and we loved the style of the home. Everyone said they slept comfortable and had everything they needed. Can’t ask for anything better!

The home is very spacious and is much bigger than you can see in the pictures. Hosts were amazing and answered any questions we had. It was easy to get to and tons to do around the area. It was an awesome home and we will be staying again.

Overall great!

This was a great stay overall, but the FOB to the gated lake area did not work. We tried contacting the property manager, but the property manager never responded. We could not access the lake as a result and therefore felt that the extra premium we paid for the lake location was not really worth it. That said, this is a beautiful house and we had a wonderful time!

Best Kept Secret

This home is incredible! Tucked away in the trees, yet close to restaurants and shopping... it’s the perfect getaway. The home offers several gathering spots and a large open kitchen that welcomes a large group of family and friends. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the Austin area.

Bachelorette weekend away!

The house is perfect. Bigger than pictures can show. Loved every bit. The driveway was a bit steeper than we imagined but not a big deal since there’s a garage! Would definitely go back!
