An artist inspired, comfortable family home, this space is perfect for large dinners and relaxing at the end of a long day at the beach. With an unbelievable 180-degree view, you can watch the sun rise and set while seated in a generous, comfortable deck. Mature fruit trees abound adding to the lush atmosphere. Best of all, you can survey the surf break in the winter months. A short trek to Hull Bay Beach will get you to the lineup. Surf season runs approximately October through April.

Why they chose this property
This home is great for families and comfortable to hang out in. One feature that we have enjoyed while living here is that there are several seating/hang out areas. You can hang out on the porch to watch the sunset while the kids play in the yard or watch tv in the living room.
What makes this property unique
There is a brand new unique outdoor shower that we just love! Watch the fishermen and paddle boarders in the bay while washing your hair. Don't worry, we've checked from every angle and its completely private!
