The Canyon Creek Cabin

Creek side cabin in the PA Grand Canyon just 15 miles from Wellsboro. Near state game lands for hunting and fish right from the property. Just 2 miles to the Pine Creek Bike Rail Trail. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing and hiking nearby. Perfect for a mountain getaway. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths (one with walk in shower). 400 Sq Ft screened in porch for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Entire home and 5 acres is available for your use. Stamped concrete patio and fire pit available as well as rustic fire ring on the creek bank.

Great Cabin in Morris

We can’t say enough about this property. The cabin is beautifully decorated and the outdoor space is great for family games, relaxing around the campfire and fishing. The owner is attentive and checks in to make sure you have everything you need. She even provided eggs from their chickens and s’mores! The house is well stocked with all the essentials and more, including many outdoor and indoor games! They are constantly making improvements to the property. We had an amazing time!

Peaceful getaway

Amazing Canyon Creek Cottage

This cabin was everything we could have asked for and then some. Beautifully decorated, updated and maintained. The listing pictures just don’t do it justice. The owners were more than accommodating and made every aspect of our stay a piece of cake. Perfect location for exploring the canyon but so much to do right on the property. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!!! Can’t wait to get back up there!!!!

Awesome family weekend getaway

The cabin exceeded our expectations! Walking the short distance to the stream was my favorite thing to do by myself, with the dog or family! We also enjoyed watching the deer in the evening as they ate right outside of the kitchen window.

This was by far our favorite destination. The home is lovely and well appointed. The current photos do not do it justice. The screened in porch, groomed yard and fire pit area were our solace. Close to the rail trail and Grand Canyon. Just what we needed and were looking for.

Just what we were looking for.

Cabin is in the process of being renovated and is much more beautiful than the pictures. Loved the screened in porch on the back facing the backyard/woods/creek. We saw numerous bear, deer, and fox. It was a short distance to Ski Sawmill and Pine Creek and not too far to see the Elk.

Beautiful

Great location and beautiful house! We arrived to a dozen fresh eggs and snacks on the counter. A very awesome and thoughtful gesture after traveling all day. We found that the house was very clean and not only had all the necessities but lots of extras and nice touches (ie the screened in porch and fire pit area) Very happy with this VRBO and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if we find our way back to this part of the country. Bonus: We saw a bear wandering through the yard on our first night.

What an amazing property and great location!

We had a fabulous time here. The fire pit is beyond words. We spent most of the time outside by the fire pit. Many morning spent on the screened in porch. The pictures are not up-to-date so there is a lot more to the property than it shows. Awesome time!

Awesome Cabin !!

The cabin is awesome and the location was perfect for hiking nearby. The property was great for staying around too. The kids had a blast playing at the creek and the adults loved the finished fire pit area. Would love to stay at this cabin again. The owners were a very nice and a pleasure to work with as well.

This place was way better then we expected the pictures do not do it justice!! Anything you need is there and it was very clean! We loved the outdoor fire pit and the seating around it! All the little touches and the care in decorating is stunning. We will definitely be back!!

Rare find indeed!

If this place is available for your dates, book it! It's perfect! Gorgeous cabin (and they aren't even done renovating yet....can't wait to see what else they add)! It was so fully stocked with anything we could need, that I felt overpacked. We had pre-planned driving trips, but we could have hiked to Rattlesnake Rock right from the property! Even the detour for the road near the cabin took us on a magnificent scenic drive through the Tiaoga N'l Forest Every single thing was perfect, for our trip, except maybe, that we wished we got to see a bear lumber by. Lol. Hopefully next time. Also, don't miss the fire ring down by the creek! We found it on our last morning, after enjoying the amazing main firepit all weekend. Plenty of wood. Just wonderful, stress-free living for our entire visit. Thank you!

Peaceful lovely cabin!

This property is undergoing renovations but it is totally habitable and lovely! Pam & Mike stopped by to introduce themselves and described future upgrades. Out in the wilds but close to town! Lots of scenery and activities nearby. Fire pit on stamped concrete pad is very nice to relax on rocking wooden love seats. The cabin is very well provisioned. All new kitchen appliances were wonderful to prepare our meals. We had the remnants of Hurricane Fred come through one day/night that brought the creek level up to a nice roaring sound that could be heard from the screened in porch. Missed seeing the momma bear and her cubs but did view Bald Eagle over the creek! Plan on returning! Thanks Pam & Mike for sharing your property!

Our stay at Canyon Creek Cabin was most enjoyable! Pam and Mike were wonderful hosts. The cabin was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Fresh eggs in the fridge and little snacks on the counter! The hosts thought of everything you might need. The location was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful firepit with plenty seating. Would not hesitate to revisit!!

Pure pleasure for sure

Quite the awesome camp that Mike and Pam have, couldn't ask for more accommodating hosts, every detail was covered, anything that was needed was available and they made us all feel like family. Birthday week with my family

For my birthday I wanted nothing more than to spend a quiet week away from the daily hustle and bustle. Of course, I wanted to stay somewhere that would accommodate my mom as she is in a wheelchair. I can say I couldn’t have picked a better place! Pam and Mike had everything set up and arranged so that we had plenty of room for all of us (6) to enjoy ourselves comfortably. From the beautiful accommodations to the wooden yard games, the theme of your home, hunting/fishing and all the Bears throughout the entire house made you feel warm, cozy and inviting. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want, plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, coffee, all kinds of tea, condiments in the refrigerator and as an extra Fresh Eggs. We all really enjoyed ourselves and we hope to be able to stay again next year! Thank you! Pam and Mike for making our stay a memorable one!

Exactly what we were looking for!!

Great cabin

Pam and Mike were fabulous hosts! The cabin is wonderful. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The property is beautiful. We especially loved the fire ring and the rockers on the porch.
