Newly renovated 7600sqft, 8 bedroom estate sitting on 10 acres perfectly located in between South Haven and Saugatuck. Less than .5 miles to Lake Michigan beach access. This private estate on 10 acres is your perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the privacy and wildlife as you sit on the front porch or enjoy the views from the 4 season room.

This historic farmhouse has been fully renovated to accommodate your group including a Huge game/multimedia room, huge yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoy the large living room with original woodwork dating over 100 years old, dining room seating for plenty, 5 full bathrooms, 8 bedrooms, and a large fully equipped country kitchen with pantry. In the huge master bathroom there is a claw foot tub as well.

We do not allow amplified music, large events, or excessive noise outside the house as a courtesy to our neighbors. This is not a place to "party," only families and well meaning groups are allowed. Minimum age of primary renter must be 30.
No smoking or fireworks.

The pool will be open by Memorial day weekend. The pool will be open until the last weekend in September. By October 1st the pool will be closed.

Perfect Thanksgiving

This farmhouse was the perfect place for our extended family of 19, ranging in ages 2-87. Plenty of space for us to enjoy meals and other special times together; and to get space or gather in small groups. Chase excels in communication during your stay.

Amazing family Get Away!

What a beautiful home! We had such a wonderful time and everybody had a bed! With 27 of us ages one to eighty that is a tall order. Plenty of room to play together, eat together, laugh together. The living spaces are large and inviting and the kitchen has literally everything we needed to cook all our meals. Crock pots and a huge assortment of table service in addition to lots of space to spread the Christmas cookies out made for way too many calories! Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll be back!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a fabulous time at this clean and spacious farmhouse. Our family consisted of age 10 to 72. We spent a lot of time by the large beautiful heated pool and the large barn full of games. There are more games in the basement along with a nice family seating area. This location was close to many beaches and downtown areas. Chase and his staff were great. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect friend/family vacay!

The house was perfect. It was clean. It was big. It had plenty of activities. The kids loved the pool. They loved their arcade. They loved the game barn and there were plenty of rooms for everyone to stay in so we were very comfortable all in all I give it five stars! Would gladly go back!

24 People, both adults and children, stayed here for a week. Large grounds for privacy, great pool, large dining areas, and lots of bedrooms. Short drive to town and beaches.

Family Christmas

Extended family all were able to stay in one place. Plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. Many activities to do as well. The decor was a favorite of many! So welcoming. Very clean and extremely pleased with our stay.

We love this house for the space provided for 7 families to gather, and all the kids activities that kept our 2-9 crew busy! Location is convenient to several towns, apple picking and brewery’s. Chase was very responsive and great to work with!

Wonderful South Haven Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely house. It was very clean and spacious. We all loved the huge pool, yard and fire pit. The kids especially liked the game room and game barn. It was great having 3 refrigerators, 3 washers and dryers for our group. The large dining room had two big tables with enough seating for our whole group! We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful and private location. Lots of things to do in the South Haven and Saugatuck areas. I would highly recommend this house!

This is a great place to book.

Our group of 9 were very happy to stay at this large beautiful home. Quiet location with plenty of rooms and seatings for us but also would be great for bigger group and families. There was well stocked supplies & our friend “the cook” loved the upstairs kitchen with all the amenities including 2 gas outside grills (there’s another kitchenette too!). There’s plenty to do – but space to be alone too. We spent much time in the pool and had fun with the games in the basement but also just relaxing. We were also pleased with the great communication with had with Chase. And we loved this place so much we plan on renting next year!

Annual Friend Gathering

The home was fantastic and as advertised! There were 10 of us staying in the house and between the eight bedrooms we each had our own bed and didn't have to resort sofa beds or futons (which I am sure are fine)! The place is huge with, at least, three large tables on the first floor, a spacious living room, a killer furnished basement with a TV and arcade games, a pool, and a whole games barn we never really explored. The house met all of our needs perfectly and Chase was very responsive and flexible. If things work out in the future, I could definitely see a return visit in our future!

Great Memorial Day Trip!

Our large group had the best stay at this perfectly sized house for us! The kids loved the pool, all the pool toys and floats, the games in the barn and basement, and the space enjoy their own games they brought. The adults loved everything too! Don’t skip on this house or this host! Chase was easy to communicate and answered all of our questions.

Amazing Stay!

Our extended family gathered in West Michigan for my grandmother's celebration of life and this was the perfect place for us to spend quality time together. We used all the awesome amenities from the pool to the pickleball courts, fire pit, arcade games, and more! There was never a dull moment and plenty of different spots for us to spread out and relax when needed. The host and his team were very accommodating and quick to communicate when we reached out. They had lots of recommendations and we loved that the house was in between South Haven & Saugatuck giving us plenty of options and variety of things to do in the smaller towns within a 10-15 minute drive. We also did a day trip to Grand Rapids which was only an hour from the property. Our family would definitely recommend staying here!

Easter Karate Getaway

We absolutely loved this house, property (with all its wildlife), location, basically EVERYTHING! The majority of people have never been in the area before so loved how close the house was to both South Haven and Saugatuck, the two towns we visited. I can almost guarantee we will be back. Spacious home in a country setting.

We enjoyed the home with room to fly kites and play catch. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely! There are not as many games in the game barn as pictured and a number of them didn't work. Some bedrooms have no closet/ hanging spaces. Overall though, we'd recommend the home as a great get away. Lots of things to do nearby and South Haven was a pleasure. The weather was amazing and almost bug free (which was awesome).

Amazing!

My husband and I rented this property to have both sides of our family stay together for our wedding. The house and everything with it were so amazing. It was big enough to comfortably fit our families, had so many fun games to keep everyone entertained, and all the guys could gather in the living room to watch football. We used the dining room for brunch and games and everyone had a blast. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

South Haven 2021

We really enjoyed this property in so many ways! The large pool was amazing, by far the largest and cleanest pool we have ever had at a rental. The house was so clean and beautiful! We all loved all the space and character of this special home. The large dining room was perfect for our large family, the pantry room off the kitchen was so handy, the game room we all really enjoyed, and we really loved relaxing on the front porch. The pole barn was a big hit with all the games. We enjoyed playing volleyball on the big lawn. We thank you for all our treasured memories we had at your beautiful home!

Great family Christmas

Our family…five children and their spouses, plus 15 grandchildren ages 11 months to seventeen years, got to spend a few days all together for Christmas. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate each family and a very spacious kitchen and dining area so we could eat together. We opened our gifts in the large living room which had a Christmas tree! The kids busied themselves with the arcade games, playing board games and putting together a puzzle. This is a cool old house that’s been transformed into a wonderful rental property for large groups. Our host, Chase, was very accommodating and responded quickly! Would highly recommend!

Family trip

We really enjoyed the property especially the pool! We used it every day. We had a large group of people ranging from adults to infants and all were accomodated nicely. The only down fall to the property is that it's at least 15-20 minutes away from the beach in South Haven. If that doesn't bother you, then this place is outstanding! The game barn is awesome when it rains. We used the pickleball court and the games. The tables in the dining area fit all of us for meals and nightly game playing. Great trails around the area for biking, walking, running. The nice thing is Saugatuk and Holland are only about 20 minutes away as well. Fun day trips. You MUST go to the Dutch Market next door. They have the most amazing pies that are made there, fresh daily!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful week long stay at Chase’s house! We had kids ranging from 8 months to 7 years old and the place was full of equipment suited to them - crib and pack-n-plays, 3 high chairs, safety gates for the staircases, games and books, etc. The pool is amazing! There is plenty of pool equipment, picnic tables for eating outside, both shallow and deep water, perfect temperature, and completely fenced in for safety! We all loved both the game room and the game barn. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house has 3 refrigerators for storing leftovers! The dining room has seating for 20 comfortably. There is a really nice fire pit next to the game barn for sitting around, making s’mores, and enjoying the wildlife visiting in the nearby fields. And we spent hours sitting around on the lovely front porch telling stories. And most of all, Chase was a very responsive host to our needs! This is a great place for large groups/families - highly recommended!
