Attached to the owner's house, but you will only share the entrance to the estate with her. (See Map) - She lives on the south-west side, and you will rather be on the courtyard (south-east) where she only passes.
A (blind) dog and a cat can sometimes cross the yard. The dog is in no way aggressive or mean, very obedient; the cat on the other hand is not too much...
Reduction of 4% for 15 days, 7% for 3 weeks and 10% for 4 weeks.

A superb week's holiday in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire

This property is managed superbly by Francoise whc is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property is extremely secure and tranquil and away from the noise of busy towns whilst being very close to the coast. The facilities are totally suitable for stays of a week or longer. Location à Sorin / Talmont saint hilaire

Belle demeure et bien tenue par sa propriétaire. Séjour reposant, au calme dans ce hameau. De belles ballades à pieds ou en vélo.

Un séjour très agréable et reposant

Une location avec tout le confort nécessaire, très agréable avec une petite terrasse où les repas se passent parmi les belles fleurs du jardin. Les activités sont nombreuses et pas trop éloignées. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. A recommander.

Belle location dans une superbe propriété

Séjour de quinze jours dans un environnement reposant et très agréable. Françoise nous a gentiment aiguillés vers les sites à découvrir dans la région. La location est très fonctionnelle, très propre et idéale pour deux. Nous recommandons vivement.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleiner Siedlung, die nach meiner Schätzung aus ca. 10 Häuser besteht. Die Stadt Talmont Saint Hilaire und die näherste Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind 7 km entfernt. Man ist von ganzem Rummel richtig abgeschirmt - Stille, wunderbare Stille. Tagsüber waren wir immer unterwegs, aber Abends sind wir gerne ins das Haus zurückkehrt. Das Haus ist mit sehr guten Verständnis für die Ferien eingerichtet - es ist alles vorhanden, aber ist gleichzeitig mit keinen unnötigen Sachen überladen. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine kleine Terrasse, die mit schönen Staudenpflanzen umrandet ist, lädt zum Frühstück oder zu einem Abendessen ein. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem Paar empfehlen, die Stille suchen und auf laute Nachbarn oder Verkehr gerne verzichten.

Résidence au calme, propriétaire aux petits soins. Logement très grand, rien ne manque pour le confort (vaisselle, sanitaire, buanderie, Tv, salon, terrasse...) Le seul bémol, la connexion internet faible

Formidable, très bon séjour !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Talmont St Hilaire, a deux pas des Sables d'olonne et à 1 heure de route du Puy du Fou but de notre voyage. Grande location, au calme avec un parking privé et couvert. La maison possède tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances, très bon équipement électroménager dans du matériel de grande qualité, cuisine intégrée parfaitement fonctionnelle, grand séjour, douche italienne, chambre confortable, WiFi, grande surface à 10 min, que du +++ Le tout au calme, près d'un lac au bord duquel la ballade s'impose. A revenir dans cette région, je louerai à nouveau au même endroit sans hésitation. Un grand merci à la propriétaire très discrète pour notre confort mais toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Encore un énorme merci pour votre accueil et pour votre gentillesse, et, sans oublier le chien, une grosse caresse au sympathique Figo ;-)

Séjour au calme et confort.

Nous avons apprécié nos vacances dans cette propriété, confort et calme sont les maîtres mots. La propriétaire est très discrète et fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Le logement dispose de tout ce dont vous pourrez avoir besoin, proche des plages et du lac de Finfarine, vous aurez de nombreuses possibilités de ballades et de loisirs. Nous recommandons vivement.
