Small Breton house for 2 people of 40 m² in stone.
You appreciate the Breton houses, you seek the heat of the apparent stone, the calm and the authenticity of the Breton villages.
On the ground floor you will find the living room fully open
A living room with two 90 beds forming a corner sofa
The fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with 4 chairs
The bathroom with an Italian shower basin and toilet.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a storage cabinet with a cash desk and a desk.

Bon emplacement mais la location pas tout à fait conforme à son annonce

Cette location est très bien située à 500 mètres d'une charmante plage et du GR34. Elle est plutôt agréable mais deux détails sont à savoir. La chambre n'en est pas vraiment une. Un matelas posé sur un très léger sommier sur une mezzanine non fermée je n'appelle pas ça une chambre. A 850 euros la semaine c'est un peu léger. En outre son décors est plutôt sommaire. Le deuxième problème peut ne pas en être un pour certains mais pour mon épouse et moi-même, qui cherchions un endroit véritablement indépendant, c'en fut un. Le propriétaire, homme tout à fait gentil au demeurant, habite dans la même maison séparée en deux. L'indépendance n'est pas absolue surtout qu'il a tendance à venir voir les locataires systématiquement sans se rendre compte que nous cherchions avant tout la tranquillité. Comme je le disais, ce n'est pas forcément un problème pour ceux qui cherchent ce type de rapport mais c'en est un pour ceux qui souhaitent un lieu véritablement indépendant. Une location qui mérite donc quelques précisions dans son annonce.
