The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, handmade furniture, accents, and a king-size bed. You can open the door onto a relaxing screened-in porch from the living room. Peacefull and relaxing
My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay In the Americana Cabin. The cabin is beautifully decorated in a sophisticated red, white and blue decor. Cozy and comfy. The private setting in the woods created a calm and peacefully atmosphere. We couldn't ask for more. Well, maybe more sun.

TRAVERSE CITY PARADISE IN THE WOODS
We LOVE staying at Terry and Beth's cabins. This is our fourth stay and our first in the Americana cabin. Each cabin holds something special about it. This one is completely isolated and we love that. The cabin was immaculate as always and comes stocked with every amenity you could ever need. We loved our porch time and even though it rained the screened in porch provided a nice relaxing time just talking. We appreciate the little gifts that were left for us. I HIGHLY recommend these cabins and we will be back again in the fall Thank you for everything.

Til Next Time!
This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at Terry and Beth’s property, first time in the Americana (our new favorite!!). After 20+ years coming up north, and numerous stays in many different (lovely) locations, we have found our go-to “home!” Perfect location to all of our faves, impeccable cleanliness, charming decor, thoughtful amenities, and ease of communication…..a perfect 10! Always look forward to returning!

Amazing rental
This was our second visit to one of the host’s cabins and we live everything about it. The location is close to the TART trail and a nice bike ride to Traverse City or Sutton’s Bay. The amenities are perfect and the cabin is very well maintained!

Highly Recommend!!
Perfect. Literally, perfect. Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, every need anticipated and provided for. Comfortable bed and pillows with quality sheets and towels. A thoughtful gift basket with local products, and a half dozen eggs from Beth's chickens. Beth and Terry also provide 2 bikes! How great is that? (bring you own helmet) Ideal location for going to TC or as a home base to explore the region and the fall colors. Beth and Terry are super hosts with easy booking, quick, efficient communication, and an amazing property.

So perfect!
This cabin is absolutely perfect for two. It has all the amenities you could possibly need. The cleanliness and attention to detail was spectacular. We received a welcome package when we arrived, which was so thoughtful. Beth and Terry thought of everything in this red, white and blue themed cabin. My Marine husband loved the American theme and even commented on it. My favorite moment was sitting on the patio in the comfortable chairs, drinking some wine and relaxing to only the sound of the wind blowing through the trees and watching the fading light dance between the leaves. Such a relaxing trip! Thank you, Beth and Terry

Exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and clean cabin. Peaceful and serene setting in the woods but close enough to wineries and bike trails. Easy drive into Sutton’s Bay or Traverse city. Terry and Beth were great hosts. We will be coming back for another stay in the future for sure.

My husband and I enjoyed a week-long stay at the Americana Cabin. The property was beautiful, secluded, quiet and close to all of our excursions (Wineries, beaches, downtown TC). The cabin was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked! Terry and Beth left a cute basket of goodies and fresh eggs for us to enjoy. Don't hesitate to book this property. You will love it!

Great stay at a gem of a cabin in the woods.
We stayed for three wonderful nights and loved the wooded surroundings, the great location and the cabin itself. And that's without even mentioning the fresh eggs, wine and other lovely perks that awaited us. We definitely recommend Beth and Terry's place. Tom and Barb

The Perfect Cabin
My husband and I stayed at the Americana for our trip to Traverse City/Sleeping Bear Dunes, and it was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day out. We made use of the kitchen by making our own breakfast daily. The back porch with the firepit table was very nice! The hiking trails on the property were also a fun adventure. The hosts went above and beyond, even leaving us an anniversary card, wine, and goodies for the stay. We couldn't ask for more.

Quite the cabin
This property was not your stereotypical cabin. The tasteful decor was perfect. Everything you could possibly need was provided (even fresh eggs from their hens). The screened patio was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and the gas fire pit was a nice touch outside without the hassle of building a fire. The trails around the property were great and even had bicycles. Fantastic place to stay.

Cozy & Peaceful in the woods
Perfect location-cozy & quiet yet close to everything Traverse City has to offer. Beautifully decorated & very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Clean grill & utensils to use also. Very comfortable bed & cozy robes. Complimentary local items & welcome note were very nice. Second time staying in the cottages. Loved spending time on the porch enjoying coffee in the swing & the chipmunks. Will be back again!

Little Piece of Heaven
I can't say enough positive things about this property. It was well stocked with kitchen items, plenty of extra blankets, lots of little extras such as games, pamphlets for surrounding area, a welcome treat, movies, etc. The property owners were super friendly, answered texts promptly, helped with suggestions for eating and shopping. Check in process was a snap! The grill and fire pit were put to good use on our trip and they even had an extra propane tank which we had to switch out in the fire pit. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore the Traverse City area but doesn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. Fantastic!!! They have 2 other cabins and I highly suggest checking those out too!!
