Great location

We brought the kids (age 15 and 12) for spring break and the condo was the perfect size. There is plenty to do at the resort and the proximity to Main Street in N Myrtle Beach is great. Everything in the condo was clean and well appointed. Thanks!

Great baseball get away weekend.

Great property and great location, owners are great at communicating. Would highly recommend. Property was very clean and can’t beat the view. Will stay here again next time we are in Myrtle. Thank you!

Great Stay

On a Friday evening I spontaneously decided to seek some Spring Break Sun therapy for my family. Flying was prohibitive, so we decided to look at Myrtle Beach. The first one I saw on VRBO was the one for Avista. What a beautiful high rise. I looked at the pics and was sold. I thought our condo was up high, but wasn’t sure. We were on the top floor. Amazing views, and everything about the condo was perfect. The owners should be commended. Thank you for providing us a wonderful week.

Lovely!

My family and I loved our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We loved the condo and pools plus beach access, along with a great view. I would definitely visit and stay here again. The only thing I would change would be the washer and dryer combo in the unit. I wish it would have worked better as we were always in need of clean towels, etc. Overall though, I wouldn’t let that deter me from booking again.

Softball Vacation

The condo was very nice on the top floor of the south tower. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We didn't have much time to explore the grounds due to a busy softball schedule, but the pools, hot tubs and the beach looked nice.

A little disappointing

We were told on check in that the lazy river was closed and they hoped to have it open by Thanksgiving. The indoor pool was cold and one of the hot tubs out side was bath water warm. Also the first hour of our arrival the fire alarm went off which was difficult to hear in our room and sounded like a car alarm outside. The speaker for the alarm was in the stairwell. The washer/dryer in the condo was very slow even with a very small load it took about 6 hours to wash and dry one load of just a few clothes. The room was clean, decorated nicely and well stocked with dishes.

Great family getaway

The Avista resort has on-site amenities like pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers and is right on the beach. This condo also has beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. It was a convenient location to get other places. We felt safe and it was reasonably quiet. it was nice not to have to leave every day to do something with so much to do right there. We will try to stay there again in the future!

Lovely Oceanfront condo

Very clean and bright oceanfront condo in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to the same resort and this same unit. The kids enjoyed being in the “penthouse!” If you don’t mind being up high it’s a great spot. You can see the ocean for miles!

Beach and pool activities galore!!

We loved all the amenities that were offered! A restaurant, a lounge with pool table, darts and drinks. We had a full kitchen completely stocked! Also had use of beach chairs, coolers and beach toys! All we needed were our favorite snacks and our beach towels! Our hosts are very considerate of their customers needs!! It was a fun and relaxing experience!

He condo is nice, very clean, well equipped, and has a great view. Really liked the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool and lazy river are also nice but generally crowded. The bartender at the pool bar is a show all in itself. Check in could be improved. The front desk didn't have the reservation until we said Air B&B. A separate lockbox to enter the room and avoid the front desk would be better. Being on the 17th floor, elevator wait times can be long.

Perfect stay!

Our trip was short but amazing. The amenities and condo were perfect. Our kids enjoyed everything about it and were very entertained. Short walk to the beach. The elevators were also super fast and we felt like we never had to wait long which was just an added bonus. We’d definitely stay here again! The owners were great at responding and answering any questions we had. Unbeatable views. So glad we found this gem!

Great and clean condo

We really enjoyed this condo at the Avista resort. It was clean, well stocked, and had fabulous views. Check in was easy, the elevators are fast, and the pools and amenities were well kept. We will be back!

LOVELY VIEW

We all enjoyed our stay in this penthouse condo. The view was beautiful, the remodeled unit was awesome, and the amenities were wonderful. The extra touches ( ample linens were provided, snacks were in basket, etc.) were very much appreciated. We felt welcomed to the condo when we arrived! This was a return stay and we will do it again!
