In the heart of the Hautes Alpes in PACA, near Embrun and the beaches of Lake SerrePonçon, facing the Massif des Ecrins, and close to the ski resorts of Crévoux, Orres, Réallon, the cottage of Moulin Ollivier, you welcome with family or friends.
Ideally located near the mountains, the lake, forests, pastures, and a torrent, our building, nestled in the bottom of its small green valley, promises a holiday exotic, calm, isolation, nature, clean Air.
Come relax and enjoy the charm of our centennial home completely renovated with care, combining modernity, comfort, and charm of mountain authenticity. .
The rental part of the house occupies the two upper floors of the building which has four, and has a separate entrance.
The accommodation has a maximum of 15 beds spread over 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the dining room and a large living room with a stove. You will also have a large comfortable lounge. Each room also has its balcony.
The property extends over 3 ha of wooded grounds along the Crévoux stream.
