We think you will love our place. It is a highly upgraded, spacious yet cozy condo in the desirable Continental Country Club area. It is the perfect spot for your stay in Flagstaff whether passing through town, need a base for enjoying all the surrounding sights, or looking for a destination that offers tons of amenities all its own. The open living space and the charm in every corner will make you feel right at home.


The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, an updated and well appointed kitchen, a coffee bar and two peaceful decks surrounded by pines. We offer high quality linens and towels, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and a gas fireplace for those cool evenings. There is high speed wifi and TV's in each room (main TV is smart). There is a Ring doorbell on front porch. With so much to see and do in the area, we are just 6 miles from the Flagstaff historic downtown and NAU, 80 miles from the Grand Canyon, 34 miles from Sedona, 19 miles from Arizona Snowbowl, and 40 miles from Williams. However, you may choose to just park the car and leave it because nearly right outside your door there is hiking, biking, golf, beautiful Duck Lake and so much of the natural Northern Arizona beauty to take in.

March Break Couples

Wonderful stay

Came to Flag with family for the weekend and had a lovely stay! The condo was spacious for our family of four and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fireplace and a beautiful view. Great area to be outdoors with all of Flagstaff easily accessible. We'll be back again some time!

Comfortable Flagstaff Condo

This condo was perfect for our stay in Flagstaff! My husband, daughter, and I were visiting for the North Pole Experience and it's location is very close and convenient for that event. Very homey atmosphere and comfortable. Nice fireplace for cold nights, the master bathroom had a heater which was impressive, and the beds were very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Flagstaff. Thanks so much!

Condo in the Trees

We spent a quick weekend here for a family get-a-way and soccer tournament. This property was easy to access from downtown but also very quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor patios for slow & quiet mornings and the fireplace was great to warm up with after some rain. We look forward to staying here again.

Loved this condo

Great location. Condo was very clean and comfy. We only used the shower in the Master bedroom and it had awesome pressure. Both decks were awesome to sit on and enjoy the fresh air. We will return for another stay. Well worth the money.

Terrible experience!!!

There was a miscommunication between us and the owner. We have an ESA and thought that there wouldn’t be a problem with our small dog. The owner didn’t accept the paperwork and we left after two miserable days. He said that he would return money from any days he could rent after our departure. We now wait for that refund.

Our stay at this Condo was wonderful, Guy and Kathy were fabulous to work with and the place was so neat and clean. It was centrally located to lots of great things to explore. It was a very well stocked condo and the coffee bar was a bonus:). All around wonderful trip and accommodation:)

Great Spring Break Home Base

Guy and Kathy's condo was a restful and relaxing home base for our family's Spring Break trip. Ideally located to venture north to Grand Canyon and other national parks/monuments and south to Sedona. Well-stocked kitchen with newer appliances allowed our family to enjoy cooking while we were there. Communication with the owners was great and they were quick to reply to any questions we had. We would totally recommend staying at this condo and would stay there again if we were to come back to the area.

Perfect for a family of 4

I always read reviews so I’m hoping my review can help future travelers! My family and I stayed here for Spring Break, 2024. The space was perfect for us; a King suite and a second bedroom with double beds and a private bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we saw outside was very nice. The living area was spacious and everything was nicely updated. Our most favorite spot was the coffee bar that the owners gratefully left fully stocked! We fell in love with Flagstaff and had a wonderful time exploring the area and all the wonderful things Northern Arizona has to offer. Flagstaff was a great place to land at night with a cute downtown, good restaurants and fun things to do. If you have kids, I highly recommend the Lowell Observatory, it was amazing! I also highly recommend eating breakfast at the Toasted Owl, right down the street from this condo. One last thing, the owners were so helpful and communicated with me when we woke up in a snow storm and had questions about staying longer! They even sent me a link to check road conditions and asked the next guest if they were delayed to see if we could stay. 5 stars from me, we would definitely stay here again!
