Excellent Place

To know, there isn't a living room, but it doesn't matter. There are two enormous bedrooms and a big kitchen. Incredibly high ceilings. Another note is that access is by a steep outdoor staircase, not a problem for me but could be for some. Oh, there is a tremendous and huge balcony too. Really special. I might recommend a table and a couple of chairs, but spent decades on fire escapes, so it was no hardship to drink coffee or wine there. The neighborhood is like so much of New Orleans: Bohemian, multicultural, friendly, busy. (That last said, not loud at night.) Expect the usual terrible pavements. The host was incredibly responsive and unfailingly intelligent. All in all, it's an excellent place for urbanites in spirit. Definitely not for people who will have difficulty with a steep staircase. Oh one last thing, great WiFi and Roku!
