The property is in a relatively secluded area of lake Off of the living room there sits a breakfast nook overlooking the lake for your morning coffee. The deck is a perfect place to relax and watch the best active area on the lake. Property sits in between two of the best restaurants on the lake. Walking distance to both Property has a fire pit and private dock for additional fun. Basement features
a pool table and chess table. Couch and chairs overlooking lake

Beautiful Lakefront, Great Host

We had a lovely week at Sandi's Lake Wallenpaupack Lakefront. Sandi couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and the house had everything you could ask for. Don't hesitate to stay at this beautiful lakefront house! You'll have a great time....

Great stay on Lake Wallenpaupack

My friends and I had a great time here! The house was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. The pictures don’t do it justice. Checking in and out was a breeze. I’d highly recommend staying here for a nice relaxing trip.

Perfect family getaway

1) Sandra was a terrific host - she was super responsive with all questions and flexible with check-in. 2) The house was perfect setup for our family of 5 and had a great updated cabin vibe. We had so much fun with the rec room with a pool table and blackjack/roulette/craps table. The deck had a great view and nothing beats being on the water. Only downside was no washer/dryer (but my fault I didn’t notice that in the listing). 3) great location near restaurants and town.and places to rent a boat. Would definitely Stay again.

Great location!

We had a great time and loved hanging out on the dock. The house had plenty of activities for the family to do in the evening too. It was very roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake House

The property is in a great location right on the lake. Close to good restaurants, rental locations, rail trail ride, etc. Sandra is a wonderful host. Quick to answer any questions that we had. Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not cooperate our last night there, and we lost power. That was out of the control of Sandra, but she was quick to assess the problem and also provide an update. All in all, we had a great stay!

Cozy cabin by the lake

We have taken many Easter vacations on VRBO--Many times the host has a lot to do with the success of the trip--Without doubt, Sandra was an absolute gem. She answered all my questions and concerns immediately. The Cabin is cozy and perfect for a getaway vacation!

Cute place on the lake

Vrbo The house was on the lake and had the perfect view of the sunset. Unfortunately, we were only able to see one the first night we arrived, because it rained the entire weekend we were there. That forced us to have to spend more time indoors than we had anticipated, and felt it wasn’t as clean as we’d expected. We found an empty beer can on a windowsill downstairs. The Bluetooth speaker wasn’t there or wasn’t accessible and the Roku pin was needed to add channels, and it was unavailable. Again, it was annoying mainly because we were forced to stay indoors all weekend. There was a wood fire pit and lots of things to do outdoors if the weather had cooperated. There was a small gas fire pit outside, but it didn’t work. That would have been nice to sit outside under the covered porch. Ultimately, it was a very spacious open villa and we were thankful for the basement entertainment area. The view is absolutely picturesque! We had a great girls weekend!

Birthday weekend

Despite the weather, the stay was a great weekend and wish I could’ve stayed longer. The property was in a great location and had wonderful views of the lake. I stayed in several VRBO rentals in the past and decor and furniture was top notch (didn’t feel dumpy or dated at all). I would love to stay there again in the future

Lake living

The home is situated at one of the widest part of the lake which offered us with great views and wonderful sunsets. We all had a great time with friends and fishing. The owner was very accessible with any questions we had. I would definatly book again.

Great Stay!

Had a nice time away at this lakefront property for our girls weekend. The weather didn't cooperate but the views were even gorgeous in the rain. Loved the fire pit and enjoyed being able to sit by it even though it was raining. Sandra was a wonderful host and communication was great. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice peaceful time away. I can only imagine how gorgeous it is in the summer months!

Great location with incredible sunset view!

We were so impressed with the rustic, authentic charm and warm environment that our VRBO host provided. The location was great; we felt hidden away and yet civilization was just a short distance away. The house provided so many different activities for us but we were so busy with events and activities around the lake, Hawley and Honesdale. Try Boat House, Chop House and the Crazy Country Club in Hawley. Enjoy!

Beautiful Lake House

Everything we thought it would be. Fantastic Sunsets, close to all the events that were happening over the weekend. Also, the dock was great for our 19-foot Bow rider boat. This was our first time using Vrbo, we usually go camping. My wife loved the Chalet and how it was decorated. Will definitely look to book again!

Take in the splendor of Lake Wallenpaupack

This is a quaint cottage tucked into the southeastern shore on the northern tip of the lake. The house is clean and nicely decorated with nature themed baubles and pictures which give the home a nice rustic feel. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware with an added bonus of both a gas and charcoal grill. The house is ideal for a sit on the deck, where the beautiful western setting Sun slowly dips right in front of the home as the last glints of sunlight reflect of the water down below. Once night sets in, the fir pit with seating is a great location for closing out an active and fun filled evening. Sandra was a wonderful host and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to being on the lake again next year.
