Beautiful wood frame house with exceptional views over the mountains and the Annecy basin, without vis-à-vis, facing south.
The house has on the ground floor a large living room with an open kitchen, an office, a laundry, a saddler and toilets; upstairs, 4 bedrooms (all equipped with double bed), including a master suite, two bathrooms and toilets.
The outside is closed and sported, with heated and reassured swimming pool, trampoline, dining table, living room of garden.
2 covered parking spaces and 3 outdoor spaces.
Environment conducive to relaxation (very quiet) and indoor and outdoor cared for.
The proximity of Annecy and its lake (7 km, 10 minutes by car), while being in the countryside, makes the stay pleasant. The mountains are nearby and many walks or bike rides are possible.
