Very beautiful stone house, with swimming pool, composed of 5 bungalows (Chianti, Nobile, Brunello, Morellino and Montecucco) which can each accommodate 4 to 6 people. Located in the region of truffles and olive oil, between the vineyards of Montalcino, Montecucco and Montepulciano. Beautiful walks on the Monte Amiata or cruise on the Tuscan islands.
Composition:
The five stone bungalows are composed identically. Their names are: Morellino, Montecucco, Brunello, Nobile and Chianti.
Each has:
An entrance patio - A living room with equipped American kitchen -
2 bedrooms - A shower room - WC - A sofa bed - A pergola terrace.
The property of about 70 ares is partially fenced and equipped with an automatic access gate with remote control, a parking lot, two barbecues, a solarium terrace of about 200 m2 around a superb swimming pool of 17 MX 6 M and a paddling pool for the little ones.
