Beary Sweet Retreat, walking distance to the lake and marina, is sure to bring back memories of your childhood vacations while being a great location for making new ones!  Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the area of Boulder Bay, this rustic modern retreat has historic features and panoramic forested and mountain views from almost all of the rooms.  With modern renovations, this rustic cabin, originally built in 1936, has kept it's original charm. Entering the home, you are greeted with the large dining area complete with a farmhouse style table and a floor to ceiling original wood burning rock fireplace with cast iron insert alongside a vintage spiral staircase.

Stepping down into the family room you will find a large seating area and vintage built in woodwork displaying the entertainment area. Enjoy a movie on the Blu-Ray player or bring your own device to stream on the homes Wi-Fi. There is a flat screen TV that is HDMI compatible.. There is deck access to the backyard where you will find a large smoker style charcoal grill and a Big Green Egg charcoal grill as well as a bistro style patio table. The backyard is fully fenced but use caution with smaller dogs.

The kitchen area has upgraded stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven combo, microwave, fridge/freezer combo and dishwasher. All of the amenities you will need to cook the perfect meal are provided. Off the kitchen area is the laundry room with a full size stackable washer and dryer. There is backyard access and a second staircase leading to the upstairs sleeping area.

Upstairs in the bunk room you have two twin over full size bunk beds, upper deck access and a flat screen TV that is HDMI compatible and a Blu-Ray player. There is a Jack and Jill style 3/4 restroom that adjoins to the rest of the upstairs.

Across the hall is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and the master bedroom with upper deck access, ample closet space and a flat screen TV that is HDMI compatible. The original unique wood doors were left in place and all throughout the home you will find the original features of the cabin. This will be a great Big Bear cabin for your group.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
