SEIGNOSSE LE PENON - apartment on the 2nd 1/2 and top floor of a residence (no lift) with green space in the undergrowth (pines and strawberry trees). Classified 2* at the end of 2025 by the departmental tourism committee.
Entrance - Living room (5.01 x 3.42) with bedroom area (3.76 x 2.75) (2 single beds) opening onto loggia (2.76 x 1.40) with view of the residence's green space.
Kitchen open to the living room (3.35 x 1.88): 4-burner electric stove + oven and fridge-freezer – Bedroom (4.57 x 2.24): 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90.
Shower room (2.25 x 1.34): shower, sink and washing machine. WC.
A beautiful surface, View on the pine forest of the residence. The proximity of the beach of Bourdaines, the cycle paths and the Golf of Seignosse are appreciable for the holidays.
