Deluxe 2BR/2B condo in Edgewater Beach Resort with amazing views of the Beach/Gulf waters and Tower 2 Heated pool and hot tub below. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony and/or the living room as you see the Emerald waters of the Gulf! Condo Unit 1006 is right in the middle of Tower 2 located on the 10th floor.

Sleeps 8 adults comfortable. Sleeper sofa in living room. Master bedroom with King Size Bed with your own private bathroom, walk-in closet and vanity area. Guest bedroom has 2 Full Size Beds with adjoining bathroom. Full size Washer and Dryer in hallway closet. The unit has flat screen Roku TV's, cable and free Wi-Fi.
See the Breath-Taking views from the ceiling to the floor windows/balcony from the living room and kitchen. Plenty of kitchen supplies, closet space and your are welcome to use beach items in hall closet (beach toys, umbrella, and chairs). From the balcony you will have the view of the pool and hot tub, and the Beautiful White Sandy Beaches and Emerald Green and Blue Water of the Gulf of Mexico.

amazing!

the view from this condo is hard to beat! with mirrors everywhere and floor to ceiling windows its the ocean from every angle! will be staying here again and the owner was in contact the whole time!

The condo had a beautiful view! The extra bedroom mattresses were awful. Maybe bought for kids. Overall good property. Fees were expensive! First time renting from VRBO and not sure I’ll do it again

Great location near most activities and a wonderful view. We walked the beach everyday. Beautiful sunset viewed from the balcony almost every night. We enjoyed the generous living space.

What a view!

We are 2 friends meeting between Texas and North Carolina and we found the perfect condo! This unit is easy to find, on the beach in a community that is gated. We were very happy with the 10th floor location. The condo met all our needs. We would highly recommended you give it a try.

Girls Trip

Our condo was very spacious, great for a large group! Very clean! We had access to pools and hot tubs along with a little store on restaurant on the property which was convenient! Darren was very easy to work with and helpful with any questions we had prior to our arrival. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Stay

This is a great beach stay. The view from this condo is awesome. The owner is great at responding to any questions that you may have. It is convenient to the pools and the beach. The property as a whole has great amenities. Give it a try!

GORGEOUS AMAZING BEACH!

The condo is in a wonderful location on the 10th floor with spectacular views of the beach. The Edgewater Beach Resort has wonderful swimming pools with direct access to the beach. The Condo owner is helpful and was responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Panama City Beach!

Gorgeous views, clean and comfortable.

My 3 daughters and I were very impressed the moment we walked through the door. We had beautiful views of the ocean anywhere within the kitchen and livingroom. The views were spectacular , from the sun sets, to the dolphins that spent the morning right in front of our room. The place was very clean and had tons of kitchen ware to use. There were sand toys, boogie boards and floaties to borrow. We felt very safe at the resort and loved that it was gated. Darren (the owner) always responded immediately with any questions we had. We definitely plan to come back.

Beach Side Birthday

I had a great time visiting this location with my family. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary equipment to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner as needed. We celebrated my niece's birthday here and were even able to bake a small cake with the utensils provided. We visited in the "off-season" and the heated pool was a great boon! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

The room layouts were perfect. The entire front facing the beach was glass affording beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and sunsets. The owner was quick to respond to the minor questions I had. I highly recommend this condo.

Overall it was a good experience

The Location of Condo is in a very good area and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing not satisfactory about this place was that the Cleanliness of the Condo was not that good, there was sand on the couch, the towels were dirty and the dishwasher and microwave needed maintenance.

Favorite place in PCB!

We have been coming to PCB every year for 10+ years. Now that I have a 1 year old I wanted to find somewhere with all the conveniences with having a baby. This condo and property offered that. We stayed the week of July 4th, which is always one of the busiest weeks of the year in PCB. The security on the property was amazing. The parking was the easiest and most convenient parking we have ever experienced. We always found a spot very close to the door and there were always empty spots without having to drive around searching for one. The elevators were very quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds. The room is right beside the elevators and stairs which was so helpful. The trash shoot was also right outside the room and so convenient (don’t worry, there is no smell from it). The condo had all the dishes and cookware we needed and we cooked a majority of our breakfasts and dinners in the room throughout the week. The full size washer and dryer were a huge plus for our group. The pools and splash pad were so clean and easy to get to. The restaurant beside the pool looked so nice and we hope to try it next time. The beach access was easy and very clean. We loved not having to walk to far on the beach to be close to the water. The communication from the owner was also top notch, I felt very informed and prepared for arrival. This is our new favorite place and we hope that we never have to stay anywhere else!

We stayed here (7 of us) and there was no lack of space, communication, or accommodations whatsoever. This was absolutely beautiful. We needed a get away with views and beachfront access, and this was perfect for us as a family. We definitely would stay again … 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful condo

We loved the security of the property and the cleanliness of the condo. It was wonderfully located for everything that we wished to do and the view of the ocean in the morning, and in the evening was magnificent. We were able to walk on the beach and use the pool and the hot tub and all of the facilities. Absolutely loved our stay.

Family vacation.

Beautiful beachfront condo in PCB. Located close to the pier, many stores and restaurants within walking distance. This condo was clean, inviting, and made it easy to relax. Middle of Tower 2 with breath taking views. We could watch dolphins and Manta Rays from the balcony, enjoy sunsets, and just relax to take it all in. You can walk a short walk down the beach to schedule jet skis, banana boat rides, and parasailing. Darren was easy to contact and will make sure you enjoy your stay. Can’t wait to return!!
