Vieillot + présence d'humidité : déçu

Point positif : le logement est bien situé. Suffisamment de vaisselle pour 3/4 personnes. Point négatif : humidité dans les mûrs de chambre (moisissures dans les coins), présence de vieux meubles en bois, sciures de bois au pied de l armoire et chevet chambre enfant. L appartement n' a pas été revisité depuis l hiver dernier rideau de douche moisit (sur 30cm au moins que nous avons dû laver désinfecter dès notre arrivée), canapé avec de grosses auréoles que nous avons dû couvrir avec un drap. Plus de 2h de ménage dès l arrivée. Présence de mites dans la partie commune escalier. Murs pas du tout isolés/pas insonorisés (on suivait la discussion des voisins du dessous). Jardin uniquement disponible pour se garer (interdiction de jouer au ballon)... poplidays demande à l agence gestionnaire des clés de bloquer le dépôt de garantie sur le compte bancaire : ce n' est pas indiqué dans leur contrat. Nous en avons eu la surprise. très déçu nous ne y reviendrons pas.
