Just steps from the town square and the general store, ice cream shop, and micro-brewery with nightly live music. Lake views from the front porch, beautiful sandy beach with hard sand perfect for young children. Newly replaced dock with large sundeck platform. Two fishing kayaks to explore the 600 acre lake. Huge manicured yard perfect for playing corn-hole, Frisbee, or throwing the ball around. Spend evenings on the covered front porch watching the sunset. Comfortably sleeps 7 (two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room). Great cottage for our family

What a great little cottage perfect for our family of 4! There was so much to do from kayaking to swimming to fishing - it's a great sand-bottom lake with not a lot of traffic. We caught lots of fish, many right from the dock! My kids loved that we could walk to get ice cream or to the General Store or to the playground. We even made a trip to The Cherry Bowl Drive-In movie theater.

Gem on Lake Ann

We loved our time at the cottage! Perfect for the two of us, beautiful yard and dock with kayaks, plenty of chairs, awesome covered porch with picnic table, comfy seating and gas grill which we used most nights. The interior was cute and recently upgraded. The extra bedroom gave us the space we needed for clothes etc, and washer/dryer was a plus! We would definitely consider returning next summer!

Great place

Everything was just awesome from the property to the owner was just so pleasant and relaxing. Great yard for yard games or just chilling out and soaking up the sun. The new grill was dock and grill was a pleasant surprise. Short walk to town and perfectly located pretty much 20 mins to sleep in bear dunes or travers city. The little brewery was pretty cool with live music every night. The lake was not busy and very quiet at night if you want time to chill and relax this is the place to be

Perfect for our family of 3

The house was all we needed. The porch was an amazing space to relax and eat with a lovely view of the lake. We enjoyed fishing and swimming and it was great to use the kayaks. The biggest surprise was how close the house is to the village of Lake Ann. It's quite literally a 2-minute walk to the local grocery, coffee shop, playground, brewery and restaurant. Only minor complaint was that the wifi signal was not very strong. Overall, it was a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing week for our family.

Great property - highly recommend. Lake is beautiful and nice to have kayaks. Short walk to town

We had a great time and would rent here again. Loved being able to walk to town with the brewery, live music, ice cream, etc. The cottage was perfect for our family. Very neat and has lovely view of the lake and Great Lake access

Perfect location to explore northern MIchigan

We had a really nice stay at this property. The cottage was clean and nicely remodeled. Kayaks / life jackets were provided for our use. The yard was very large and perfect for our young kids to play and run around in. The new propane grill was a nice surprise to cook outside. Also we were happy to learn that there was a new Air condition system in the cottage, we didn’t anticipate using it but it was needed when the temps hit above 85 during our stay and wanting to cool off after a day at the beach or hiking the nearby trails. Location and walking distance to park, store, ice cream, coffee shop, brewery and restaurant was also very convenient. If we visit this area again in the future, we will definitely highly consider this property!

Prime location on Lake Ann

We loved that this cottage was within walking distance of the little village of Lake Ann. We walked to the general store, ice cream shop, park, coffee shop and restaurant/brewery. The cottage was also well stocked and clean. We did have to clean up goose droppings on the dock and grass when we arrived but after that they stayed away. The top bunk bed was tiny so may not work for a full grown child or adult. The pull out couch had room for two if needed.
