We enjoyed our stay here very much. Was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Great kitchen for cooking/serving our family. Would love to stay at this location again in the future.
Came down for a disc golf tournament. The property itself was adequate. It was nicer on the inside than it looked on the outside. Jonesboro is in a dry county just an FYI. Alot of rude locals. We wont go back because of the locals, but this is a good rental that meets all needs.

BYOC?
The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked. However, I was surprised to learn that the beds came with bed sheets only and a scant (much too small) throw/blanket. No comforter, no bedspread. It was very un-comfortable.
The house was clean and as advertised. There were several shortfalls.
The couch and recliner were completely wore out and had rips.
There were no curtains and at night the street light and car lights shined in the bedrooms preventing us from sleeping in the dark.
There was no decore and no paper towels for the kitchen.
There needed a rug on the front door because the sand in the drive slowly got tracked into the house and was everywhere.
Booked this little house for parents weekend at A State and it was perfect for what we needed ! We typically stay in a hotel but the prices were outrageous. Will be back!
Wonderful placed within the city and very handsomely decorated.
