Bright apartment, for 2 people, on the ground floor of a newly renovated house 500 meters from the sandy beach of Cape Coz, near many coastal paths, 1 km from the city center of Fouesnant.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob) / living room / lounge, a large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with shower 90/120 and separate toilet. Private floor not occupied. Terrace + Parking. Quiet environment. Possibility of cot and high chair on request. Preferably rental from Saturday to Saturday. Ruhe in alten Mauern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig, zum Strand und nach Fouesnant ist es nicht weit. Ein Makel ist allerdings ein sehr schlechtes Mobilfunknetz und kein WLAN.

très bon séjour dans un cadre calme et confortable . Anne est une hôte très attentive aux demandes des vacanciers en y répondant de manière individualisée et adaptée . Le logement est aménagé avec soin ce qui rend le cadre de ce séjour bien appréciable .

Très agreable

Logement très agréable, bien situé au calme et proche de la plage, il pourrait être encore amélioré avec un coin salon plus confortable (Anne l'a certainement dans ses plans avec la future rénovation de l'étage) et l'installation du wifi (certainement pas indispensable pour tout le monde cependant). Une mention spéciale pour la propriétaire qui est une personne de grande qualité et soucieuse de faire au mieux ! .

Sehr schöne Ausstattung und ruhige Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt sehr ruhig aber nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist das fehlende Internet…

Sehr sehr schön

Sehr gut ausgestattetes geschmackvolles Ferienhaus. Herzlicher Empfang mit Cidre, Baguette und Keksen. Ruhige Lage. 10 min Fußweg zum breiten flachen Sandstrand. Ein schöner Ort zum erholen.

Sehr gerne wieder

Wunderschön renoviertes bretonisches Haus mit allem Komfort. Sehr sauber, wir haben an der Ausstattung nichts vermisst, bis auf etwas mehr Sonnenschein 😉. Lage sehr erholsam. Vermieterin sehr charmant und hilfsbereit. Ganz lieben Willkommensgruß in Form von Cidre und bretonischen Gebäck von ihr bekommen. Das Bett ist für französische Verhältnisse angenehm breit mit sehr guter Bettwäsche. Gerne wieder. 😀

La campagne à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage

5 jours à Fouenant, quartier du Cap Coz. Dans une ferme rénovée, un logement de deux pièces, spacieux, fonctionnel et très clair. Propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Littoral du Finistère sud particulièrement varié, faisant alterner baies spectaculaires, criques rocheuses discrètes et belle plages de sable. En résumé le bon choix pour un court ou plus long séjour.

Maison Fouesnant

Maison très propre et bien aménagée Accueil par la propriétaire très bien, elle est très sympathique Endroit tranquille, accès par une toute petite route très peu passagère Emplacement pour le voiture juste devant la maison On espère revenir car c'est une bonne adresse.

Deux semaines der vacances - zwei wundervolle Urlaubswochen

Proprietaire très gentille et bon accueil. La maison est très lumineuse et très comfortable: cuisine moderne, jardin calme avec une grande terrasse. Fousnant: beaucoup de petits magazins, crêperie,... La mer: 5 min à pied, grande plage 😄 Die Ferienwohnung ist eher ein komplettes Ferienhaus, sehr ruhige Lage. Noch geräumiger als die Fotos erahnen lassen,v.a. der Außenbereich. Alles super sauber, ganz neue Bäder, sehr gut isolierte Fenster, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd. Bäder zwar eher klein, aber tolle Regenschauer Dusche,inklusive normalem Duschkopf. nur wenige Minuten Gehweg zum langen Sandstrand, an dem es einige wenige, aber gute Restaurants gibt. Bis in den Ort läuft man gemütlich in ca. 15-20Min. Dort gibt es an zwei Tagen pro Woche einen tollen Markt,freitags auch mit Kunsthandwerk,... Insgesamt haben wir hier einen super entspannten Urlaub verbracht und können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen!

Moderne Ferienwohnung in altem Gemäuer.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die mit allem eingerichtet ist, was man so braucht, vor allem die Küche. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer schmalen, wenig befahrenen Straße und zu Fuß ist es nicht weit bis zum Strand, ca. 10 Minuten. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, was einen erholsamen Schlaf garantiert. Von dort aus kann man schnell weitere Strände und viele sehenswerte touristische Orte erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit wenigen alten Möbeln und vielen neuen. Die Terrasse liegt nach hinten raus, sie ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und sehr ruhig, vor allem findet man immer ein Schattenplätzchen. Das Obergeschoss ist unbewohnt und wird in den nächsten Jahren von der Vermieterin aus- und umgebaut, so dass dann bis zu 6 Personen dort unterkommen können. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, sie spricht französisch und etwas englisch, das hat aber gut funktioniert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Un lieu agréable dans une région magnifique

Perdue dans la nature la maison est à l image de de la présentation très boisés aux alentours, calme proche de la plage Bons restaurant FORÊT FOUESNANT NOUS OFFRE traiteur ,poissonnerie, ostréiculteurs,distillerie, BIG MEIL...restaurants.. plages dunes.. Très bon séjour

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de Anne la propriétaire qui est proche de ses hôtes. La maison a été rénovée avec tout le confort qu'un vacancier peut attendre. La literie est impeccable et la salle de bain est spacieuse. Le lieu est propice a beaucoup de belles ballades. Fouesnant : ville fleurie très accueillante. Merci Anne
