This Cordova Casita is located on the quiet street of Chula Vista! This home provides all the peacefulness of a single-family home with no common living walls, attached at the storage area in the 2 car garage. Lanai is Cage in, becoming another room for guests. This beautifully maintained home has designer fans and decorative lighting. The first floor is covered with upgraded wood-look luxury vinyl. Most of the windows are adorned with designer cornices. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops. Featured in the kitchen is a designer back-splash and newer stainless appliances. Included for your phone/tables is a charging station. There are two conveniently located desks, 1 in the kitchen and 1 upstairs. Crown Molding has been added to the living areas and master bedroom features a tray ceiling. The large patio is off the living room is closed.
