La communication avec Majordome Privé est bien réactive. Juste un point de détail : j’avais demandé s’il était possible d’arriver avant l’heure standard de 17 h, et si possible dès l’arrivée de notre train le matin, pour déposer nos bagages. Si le logement avait été loué jusqu’au matin de notre arrivée, j’aurais sans doute pu avoir une réponse négative déjà plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée. Or le logement n’était pas loué la dernière nuit avant notre arrivée, donc nous avons dû attendre le matin de notre arrivée à 10 h pour savoir si nous pouvions venir déposer nos bagages le matin-même… alors que notre train était déjà arrivé ! Les réservations pour le soir-même étant clôturées à 20 h, pourquoi ne pas nous avoir informés dès 20 h que nous pourrions venir déposer nos bagages le lendemain matin dès l’arrivée de notre train ?

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre un commentaire dur car la critique est facile. Je me déplace pour le travail 3 à 4 nuits par semaine donc je vois des établissements régulièrement. Voici la raison de mon commentaire, l''appartement est vétuste ( bon ok je ne juge pas cela). Gestion au téléphone de l'arrivée chaleureusement, arrivée dans l'appartement frigorifique en température pas de mise en chauffe avant votre venu avec une porte extérieur qui n'est pas hermétique. Pour le départ on vous rappel au téléphone que vous devez sortir les poubelles, normal ! Par contre pour 85€ de nettoyage sur votre facture, vous devez descendre la poubelle oublié, faire la poussière et nettoyer le linge des précédent locataire. Puis vous recevez un email de l'agence qui vous demande de mettre 5 étoiles car 4 dégrade leur note. Franchement cette prestation est trop élevé au vu du service.

Pièce à vivre très (trop) mansardée et un peu petit pour 4. Pas très confortable pour des personnes plutôt grandes. Manque de vue sur l'extérieur (fenêtres hautes ou velux). Appartement par ailleurs propre, bien équipé, avec un accès facile.

Nice and confortable stay. A professional and reliable host. the house is cosy, perfect for a e.g. family. Beds and pillows are confortable but can be definitely improved. Communication was smooth and fast. We also had a replacement for a hair dresser in less then 24h.

Situation parfaite et bel immeuble ancien MAIS...

Cette appartement est proche de l'hôpital et des quais de Grenoble, dans un immeuble ancien rénové avec goût. Il est plein de charme sous les toits et bien aménagé avec 2 chambres assez spacieuses et une literie assez confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée et on peut cuisiner sans problème. La salle d'eau est exiguëe: il ne faut pas être trop grand pour entrer dans la douche mais il y a un lave-linge. Les points noirs de ce logement sont: - attention : pas pour les personnes grandes, c'est une mansarde - le réseau WiFi est faible: ne comptez pas trop dessus! - la chaleur: il y a une clim mobile mais l'évacuation extérieure se fait par un tuyau qui sort du velux... Pas très pratique! - il y a pas mal de bruits extérieurs - les gestionnaires n'ont pas satisfaits à nos demandes - le logement n'était pas impeccable: toile d'araignée et poussiere sur les meubles.... Du très bien un peu gâché par qq détails: dommage!

Emplacement parfait pour notre séjour. Mais le ménage n'avait pas été fait ou alors très très très vite....la somme facturée pour le ménage étant élevée pour une nuitée on peut s'attendre à trouver le lieu clean...!!! je l'ai signalé à la gérante....

Très bonne location pour un séjour à Grenoble. L’appartement est très pratique et parfaitement bien équipé. Bus pour le centre-ville au pied de l’immeuble. Rue très calme. Seul petit bémol : la hauteur sous plafond, déconseillé aux personnes de grande taille !

Tout est impeccable au niveau du logement. Dommage pour le loupé lors de l'arrivée et la mauvaise gestion d un problème de code de boîte à clé qui est vraisemblablement de votre niveau. Cordialement.

NO AC! VERY HOT!

Shouldnt be able to list this as air conditioned when the unit can't even reach the window. AND it wasn't set up for us with the heat coming that week. CONS: Preface with we stayed during the 2019 Canicule: - The insulation in this attic apartment was so insufficient that the "air conditioning" could not keep up to the heat of the day. We had to go seek AC elsewhere. If you are looking for air conditioning in the summer, this is NOT the place to book. It is a small portable unit which probably needs servicing because it never got the room to a comfortable temperature. - The door to the apartment doesn't seal, so you can hear all the noise (which wasn't much) in the corridor. - Our sealed linens had wet towels (I didn't contact the agency because I had brought my own) And they did not provide a hand towel to the bathroom - The red sofa has a broken spring in the middle, so it really can only seat 2 comfortably. (It's an easy fix! my 5 year old said she just needed a screwdriver to fix it) - There is NO cutting knife in the apartment, just 3 steak knives - We had internet issues off and on (it is shared across 3 apartments vs having your own network to run on: my husband suggests that they need to update their router) - We had to buy extra toilet paper because they only provided 2 rolls (for a family of 3 staying for 10 days) and one had been wet previously. - Provided with only one trash bag PROS: - We gained access to the apartment earlier :) - The apartment was clean - The staff at the agency helped us with our internet issues - The apartment is very close to the 16 line :)
