PRIVATE TOWNHOME RIGHT ON THE BEACH !

2 bed 3 bath townhome directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up with coffee on the deck , and let the kids run right down to the sand. There are no parking garages, no elevators, it is a private townhome on the beach .

Master bed room is a king bed, beautful hardwood flooring and master suite bath. glass sliding door to deck off the master.

2nd bed room is a queen bed, and updated bath so there is no sharing.

downstairs a sleeper sofa to sleep extra guest or children.

The townhouse is west of pier park about 3 miles, and pier park has shopping , resturants and more!

9hour drive to disappointment
What stay? We drove 9hrs. only to find someone else in our rental. I rented this townhouse in January and, according to the other couple, they rented it in April. You would think that in that amount of time the hosts would have realized that they double booked. I received the keys on Friday and they checked in on Saturday. Evidently someone dropped the ball and had no fail safes in place to prevent this from happening. I’m very disappointed and extremely displeased with everyone involved in this matter.

Nice location but NEEDS LOT OF REPAIRS!
The location is ideal. The unit could be amazing but it needs a LOT of repairs. It has mold, lots of repairs needs to be done! The fan on deck is about to fall off, When you turn it on. The first night we were greeted by a huge cockroac.

Fabulous Property
This townhouse is exactly as described. Steps to the beach, assigned parking, comfortable living area and extremely comfortable beds and the host provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay.

Steps to the beach. Furniture comfortable . Amazing views. House keeper could do better! You have chairs and umbrella provided but the people from Splash Resort that is right next door take the beach area over with tents and use the chairs provided even though there is a sign posted for them not to use or put up tents. Thank goodness there was other chairs in the condo we could use . I probably wouldn’t stay again for that reason which is no fault of the condo owner!

The property has a good location, private beach with free beach chair and umbrella service. The property does not come with towels or toiletries. You will need to bring those items. The house was clean, the back deck no so much.

Relaxing Stay
This townhome was right on the beautiful sandy beach, just seconds from the door. Beach chair rentals were an excellent addition to the unit. While we did not cook during our visit, the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, We had everything we needed. The unit was clean and we had no major issues during our stay.

Great location ,steps from the beach. Supplied with basic essentials
We enjoyed our stay. Loved the ease of location to getting to the beach. Was given use of beach chairs and umbrellas, so no need to take any. Balconies on first and second floor to set out and enjoy your morning beverage and view the ocean ! Will rent this location again!

Great place to stay on the very quiet west end of the beach. Weather was as unpredictable as ever as both times we have stayed here there were tornado warnings. The place could use a good overall cleaning and maybe a little light maintenance, but we would definitely stay again

My husband and I arrived February 1 till March 24th and our Son daughter-in-law/granddaughter came on March 20th and stayed 3 nights. When we arrived the place had not been cleaned. A substitute cleaner and friend came and did a Quick Clean so we could unpack. Only 3 dining chairs one was broken and found stuffed in closet. Furnace needed changing. My husband found the bathtub stopper on the shower in front bedroom. I cleaned and straighten the kitchen cub boards’and found rubber stop for the disposal. The location was excellent.The owners of were very nice and really enjoyed out time spent with them. Wonderful beach and sunsets. We left cleaner than when we arrived. I would stay again.

The place was dirty.
The location is amazing. Steps to the beautiful beach. The townhouse is a nice place, however the place was filthy and I spent several hours cleaning and washing bed linens that were dirty. There was food all over the kitchen cabinets. When coming the the stairs the first time, I had a handful of dust/dirt all over my hand. The place is a nice place but needs to be cleaned thoroughly. I attempted to communicate with the owner in regards to my issues. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. He wanted me to call the housekeeper and take care of the situation myself. Very poor communication and poor attempt to resolve issues. I have plenty of pictures to prove the above is fact.
