PRIVATE TOWNHOME RIGHT ON THE BEACH !

2 bed 3 bath townhome directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up with coffee on the deck , and let the kids run right down to the sand. There are no parking garages, no elevators, it is a private townhome on the beach .

Master bed room is a king bed, beautful hardwood flooring and master suite bath. glass sliding door to deck off the master.

2nd bed room is a queen bed, and updated bath so there is no sharing.

downstairs a sleeper sofa to sleep extra guest or children.

The townhouse is west of pier park about 3 miles, and pier park has shopping , resturants and more!

Amazing views

Steps to the beach. Furniture comfortable . Amazing views. House keeper could do better! You have chairs and umbrella provided but the people from Splash Resort that is right next door take the beach area over with tents and use the chairs provided even though there is a sign posted for them not to use or put up tents. Thank goodness there was other chairs in the condo we could use . I probably wouldn’t stay again for that reason which is no fault of the condo owner!

Perfect Place!

We love PCB and the west end of the beach! This is our new favorite place to stay! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

The property has a good location, private beach with free beach chair and umbrella service. The property does not come with towels or toiletries. You will need to bring those items. The house was clean, the back deck no so much.

Wonderful

This was one of the best places we have stayed at PCB. Great location, steps away from beach, great “neighbors”. Will definitely rent this one again.

Relaxing Stay

This townhome was right on the beautiful sandy beach, just seconds from the door. Beach chair rentals were an excellent addition to the unit. While we did not cook during our visit, the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, We had everything we needed. The unit was clean and we had no major issues during our stay.

Great location ,steps from the beach. Supplied with basic essentials

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the ease of location to getting to the beach. Was given use of beach chairs and umbrellas, so no need to take any. Balconies on first and second floor to set out and enjoy your morning beverage and view the ocean ! Will rent this location again!

Great place to stay on the very quiet west end of the beach. Weather was as unpredictable as ever as both times we have stayed here there were tornado warnings. The place could use a good overall cleaning and maybe a little light maintenance, but we would definitely stay again

Seagull villas

My husband and I arrived February 1 till March 24th and our Son daughter-in-law/granddaughter came on March 20th and stayed 3 nights. When we arrived the place had not been cleaned. A substitute cleaner and friend came and did a Quick Clean so we could unpack. Only 3 dining chairs one was broken and found stuffed in closet. Furnace needed changing. My husband found the bathtub stopper on the shower in front bedroom. I cleaned and straighten the kitchen cub boards’and found rubber stop for the disposal. The location was excellent.The owners of were very nice and really enjoyed out time spent with them. Wonderful beach and sunsets. We left cleaner than when we arrived. I would stay again.

The place was dirty.

The location is amazing. Steps to the beautiful beach. The townhouse is a nice place, however the place was filthy and I spent several hours cleaning and washing bed linens that were dirty. There was food all over the kitchen cabinets. When coming the the stairs the first time, I had a handful of dust/dirt all over my hand. The place is a nice place but needs to be cleaned thoroughly. I attempted to communicate with the owner in regards to my issues. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. He wanted me to call the housekeeper and take care of the situation myself. Very poor communication and poor attempt to resolve issues. I have plenty of pictures to prove the above is fact.

A stay in paradise!

The condo was great! Just step off the back balcony and you are on the beach!! Parking was great! Beds were comfy! Great kitchen! Host was awesome to work with! Will definitely be back! Five stars!

Annual girls' trip

We had a great time (2 high school friends and our adult daughters) Townhome was neat and clean. We had pretty much everything we needed. Coffeemaker was slow but it worked - just had to wait on the coffee, but it didn't hurt us! The best part was the convienience of the beach. Right off the back balcony! We also enjoyed getting to meet our neighbors who were celebrating 56 years of marriage :). Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Perfect retreat

Our family of four had a great experience at this rental on the beach. The location was away from the crowds but convenient to everything we wanted to do including Pier Park. Best of all, the mattresses were amazing! The walk out to the beach was short and the deck was enjoyable for morning coffee. The building was very quiet and conducive to a relaxing vacation.

Fantastic Stay

We have stayed many times right on the water in PCB and this stay was incredible. The neighbors were friendly and the private beach was great. The home itself was in excellent shape, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The master bathroom upstairs was a little strange with hand wand for a shower. The tub was big and was great. Just a little inconvenient for having to go downstairs to take a shower. No big deal and worth the short walk down the stairs. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
