Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the 3rd week of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).

It consists of a living room of 23m2 with lounge: sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed, open fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher and multi-function microwave. A 1st bedroom with sea view, a double bed 160x200 and dressing room and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190 that can be pushed together, dressing room. A bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet and storage room. Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a large 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture. It is Clévacances certified: 3 keys. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
A private parking space is available free of charge, allowing one vehicle to be parked per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
