Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park.
Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes.
With 5+ beds, the cozy townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions.

House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

A great place to stay in NOLA!

We stayed here in May 2022, primarily due to its location. There are lots of attractions nearby. We loved the City Park (only about 2.6 miles away). Here are a few Pros and Cons. Pros: Spacious enough for a large group (4 bedrooms). 3 miles from Bourbon Street (French Quarter). 3 Balconies. A pool and giant chess just next to the rental unit. Cons: The stairs going upstairs are quite steep. Beware of slipping and falling. The front of the house is not gated. Only the garage area is gated. An extra bathroom would have been great. Overall, a great place to stay. We will definitely revisit.

The above pic is not the townhome in which we stayed, but the set-up was the same. The furniture was very nice and overall, the townhome was very welcoming , cozy and well stocked with necessities! It was a quick ride by Uber to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Next time, I will book through Hosteeva and not pay all the VRBO fees.
