Welcome to Stayin On Main, a charming bungalow located in historic downtown Springboro. We are located Two miles off of 1-75., between Dayton and Cincinnati. The unit was completely renovated in 2019. Everything is new, plumbing, cabinets, electricity, furniture, and appliances.
Shopping, restaurants, and major attractions, for example, WPAFB, National Air Force Museum, Wright State, Kings Island, UD, Lacomedia Dinner Theater Waynesville, and Lebanon. And much more...

This inviting space is located on the second floor in the heart of historic Springboro. It has a fully equipped, modern farmhouse-style kitchen for cozy dinners at home. The kitchen has all new appliances and a giant farmhouse sink.
There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds plus a pull-out queen size sofa in the living room with memory foam. All linens are upgraded for luxurious comfort, helping you get a good night's sleep.
We provide Free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet along with a 55 inch smart TV.
The sparkling new bathroom is loaded with hotel luxury soft towels, toiletries, and a set of washers and dryer for your laundry convenience.

The entire apartment is for guests.

The host and cohost only live a few miles away and are easy to reach, but they also will respect your privacy. If you need something be sure to reach out.

Our unique property is located on South Main Street in the historic district of Springboro. It is a charming tree-lined street. You will find several unique Boutiques, gift shops, and restaurants within walking distance. It is truly a charming place to stay.
We are close to Waynesville, Lebanon, Centerville, Franklin, and Miamisburg.
Austin Landing is located 5 miles north where you will find fast food and unique fine dining and shopping. There is one of the best grocery stores in Ohio approx 2 miles north called Dorothy Lane market. There are several biking lanes throughout the city of Springboro. Waynesville and Lebanon are close by. We are an easy driving distance to Kings Island (20 minutes) the University of Dayton, (20 minutes), Wright State University (20 minutes) Downtown Dayton (20 minutes) Lacomedia Dinner theater (5 minutes).

There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance to Stayin on Main. We are not close to public transportation. A car is recommended. On occasion, you can get an Uber but not guaranteed. We can help you find a cab service is needed.

Dayton graduation last minute booking.

Very nice decor, comfortable beds, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Booked last minute for my son’s graduation because another owner cancelled on us (other vacation home site) and then tried to get me to cancel the reservation online so I’d have to pay the cancellation fee! Anyway, everything was straightforward and easy. Very nice area and with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Had one minimal concern and the owner got back to me within minutes. Would have like to stay longer because a couple places we wanted to check out are closed Sunday and Monday. Will definitely try to rebook the next time I have to visit Dayton area. Highly recommend Staying on Main.

Thoughtful and lovely home away from home

Girls trip

Yearly trip with my daughter and daughter in laws to welcome in the Christmas season. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, decorated beautifully. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. And the quality of the towels were awesome! The location was wonderful… definitely a great start to our Christmas season! Would definitely recommend!

Such a cute apartment. It suited our needs perfectly. My husband, our daughter, her husband and I were in town for our grandson's confirmation. We had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the neighborhood but would have liked to explore a little more, we just didn't have enough time.

Welcoming

The entire town, the people the feel was so welcoming. The place is very clean. Very limited to supplies on hand, so I suggest check in see what you need and go drive down to dlm (supermarket) bout 2 miles to get your necessities. The front right burner didn’t want to work for me. All in all I liked the feel, very comfortable. I would recommend and return to this place. Thank you.

Great girls getaway place

Was perfect for our annual girls getaway weekend!! The place was super cozy and the street it was on was so charming!! Definitely would go back!! Two places we loved were Heather’s, they have live music and great food with outdoor seating. The other place was warped wing brewery, their food was AMAZING!!!

Great little getaway

This was a great little getaway for my husband and I from the busy city life of Chicago to meet some friends in the area. Everything we wanted was within walking distances! We had an absolute blast at Heather’s Cafe for their 80’s Night and the band was great!

Wedding Weekend Blast

Great Central Location

Very quaint and beautifully decorated historic living space with ample room and close to a variety of parks, venues, and sites. Located close enough to both Dayton and Cincinnati to escape for the day. Main Street offers many shops and sites all within walking distance. Large outdoor patio is perfect for any group right off of Main Street. Easy check in and check out with great communication.

Super cute charmer in historic Springboro

This apartment was the perfect place for our family of four to stay while visiting friends and family. It was comfortably furnished with everything we needed, plus lots of thoughtful extras! We loved the decor and historic charm. The Main Street shops were fun to peruse. And we were close to Kings Island, and the area parks, shopping and restaurants that we wanted to visit. Clean and Beautifully Decorated

Imagine a home decorated in the Joanna Gaines Magnolia style and then imagine a floor so clean that you don’t mind walking around in bare feet. That’s this property! Julie was kind, helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Checking in and out was easy. I recommend this property for four people, six if you have a couple of kids who don’t mind sleeping on a pull out sofa. You will enjoy your stay!

Perfect for our stay!

We were in town for a soccer tournament, only 15 min down the road…it was perfect! Staying on Main was beautifully decorated & full of everything we needed or wanted! If we are back in the area we will definitely return!! We enjoyed Heathers for coffee & Warped Wing brewery for late dinner & lunch….it was that good!!

Stayin On Main is what we call our passion project. The home was built in the 1860s and was almost condemned in 2017 when we purchased it. The project took almost three years to restore. We wanted to bring both businesses and people to our charming Historic District. Building retail space downstairs and a guesthouse upstairs seemed to meet our vision perfectly. Adding a front porch for events space was a perfect addition to that vision. (Please feel free to enjoy the front porch anytime.)
One of our favorite things to do is walk the street and enjoy the local boutiques. Start your day with Coffee at Heather's Cafe and end with dinner at Ambiance Wine Bar. A stroll over to Warped Wing is fun too. Our favorite boutiques are listed later in our welcome book.
