-This spacious home boasts 2 family rooms for guests to relax in, as well as a patio, 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.
- Easy to get to and has parking for up to 4 cars.
-5 minute walk to First (Easton's) Beach
-Only 1.2 miles to the entrance of the Cliff Walk
-1.5 miles to Second Beach

There is plenty to do! Hit the beach, visit the mansions, check out King's Park on the waterfront, or have dinner at Newport Harbor! Try a hike at Sachuest Point Refuge, or try something totally different and fun at Rail Explorers out of Portsmouth (short drive away)!

Wedding guests from the Beach House, Guerney's, Oceancliff, and many more will enjoy having a comfortable "home base" between events.

Families will have a ball exploring the gorgeous nature and architecture of Newport. Second beach is a clean, comfortable family beach with plenty of parking (see Middletown's website for a explanation of parking fees). Within walking distance of the house are several family-friendly casual dining options- AND Clementine's Homemade Ice Cream which is delicious!!! (open summer only)

Newport has become a vibrant hub of activity with the Jazz Festival, Newport Winery events, polo matches, a craft beer festival, a boat show and so much more!

This home is perfect for families, friends, and wedding guests alike! All bedrooms have a wall-mounted TV in them, as well as each family room. Each TV has a Roku so you can log-in to Netflix, YouTube TV, or whatever streaming service you prefer! Bedrooms recently outfitted with blackout shades for excellent sleeping conditions. Winter Girls Trip

A group of friends stayed at this house during Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was perfect for our group and the location was just a short drive to downtown Newport. The decor of the house made you feel like you were at the beach and all of the rooms were cozy. We all agreed that each bed was comfortable too! Erin was the perfect host! She provided us with thorough instructions prior to arriving. We would highly recommend this home to any group looking to visit Newport!

Excellent stay

Location was excellent, easy ride to downtown Newport or some of us even walked into town one day. House was enough space for 8 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

Great house in a great location!

Great Spot

We had a lovely stay. Wonderful location near the beach. A nice reprieve from downtown Newport, but still felt close enough to enjoy. Great communication with host. And graciously offered extra time for check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend! Thanks Erin and Peter!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming property in Middletown, RI! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beaches, Newport, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was great as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Can’t wait to come back! Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Our group, made up of two small families and grandparents, had the best time staying there! The house is larger than it appears in photos and perfectly designed for a group like ours. The location also couldn’t be more perfect! It was a quick, easy drive to Second beach and a short walk to First Beach, restaurants and ice cream store which we took advantage of after a barbecue at the house. We totally recommend this place and will be coming back again. Thank you for being the perfect hosts, Erin and Pete!!

NYYC womens championship regatta

We stayed with 6 adult women for an extended weekend of sailboat racing and the home was perfect for us! Lots of space, a wonderful laundry area to wash and dry our gear each night, and a well equipped kitchen to food prep. The neighborhood was a great location and felt very safe! We loved it highly recommended it for large groups!!

Great stay for family wedding in Newport

We had a great stay for a family wedding in Newport. Our group was my husband, young adult sons, and my brother. It was so nice to have a comfortable, spacious home rather than hotel rooms. The location was perfect - only 10-15 minutes from downtown. The house was clean and well stocked with all that we needed. The owners were very communicative. We would come back again!

Perfect location for a girls trip!

We went to Newport for a girls trip, stayed here and it was perfect! Everyone had a very comfortable stay and everything was so clean. The living room and kitchen were big enough for us all to be in and relax. It was the perfect proximity to everything! Quick drive or Uber/lyft to everything you’d want to see. Communication with the hosts was amazing and we always had immediate responses. It was the perfect home and we hope to return in the future!

First, the owners of this property communicate in an extremely kind, thorough, clear, and prompt way…they were a pleasure to work with. to book this place! Had a 3 day stay with relatives for a family wedding and all were impressed. The decor is lovely, this rental home is even better than the description. Super, super clean, quiet neighborhood, tons of room, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor space with THE BEST outdoor shower. Really can't say enough good things about it. From prompt communication to effortless check in, to clear and perfectly reasonable check out procedure, this is rental done right. Best stay ever!

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our group - three couples. There was plenty of room to be together and enough space for privacy. The location was perfect. It was away from the busy downtown but we could get there in just a few minutes. We would definitely rent this house again for our next trip to Newport.

Great weekend in Newport

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone was very impressed with my find! The inside was even better than expected with so much space and tons of beds for us to stay comfortably. Very clean too. It’s situated in a lovely neighborhood walking distance to a few restaurants and brewery and only a short drive to downtown. The hosts were very communicative and provided helpful information about parking. 10/10 would stay here again if I come back to Newport.

We stayed at this property for a wedding and this location was perfect!! The bridal party had hair & makeup here and there was plenty of space for all. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice! Many thoughtful details here and it has anything you’d need! Close walk to the beach & cliff walk and short ride to Newport/Thames St. Highly recommend!!
