Pretty renovated one-storey house with large swimming pool (10x5m), many terraces, lawn and private parking. You will have a barbecue, pizza oven and an outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet. View of the hills of Pagnol. The house is located in a path in the heart of the pine forest.
A bus line passes in the village of Olives (10 minutes walk) where you will find all the local shops. Metro stations 10 minutes by car. Access to the A7 and A50 motorways is 10 minutes away.
The beaches of Cassis, Ciotat, Marseille (Prado, Red Point) are 20 minutes by car.
