A classic schooner with an overall length of 16 meters.

The schooner is moored in Barcelona in the heart of the city, where you will find shops, restaurants, night bars, markets and especially the beach close to the boat.
It offers you a stay "at the dock" very comfortable with its three cabins, its bright square and spacious cockpit.

See the harbor, near Barcilinontta

The boat is built for the open sea, so don’t expect wide passgageways. That said, she’s a pretty vessel. She’s out on a quiet spot in the harbor. There harbor has plenty of restaurants, but it’s also near the Casino and five luxurious clubs. It’s about a twenty minute walk to the gothic quarter. Taxis can be had all day and night at the casino. There are three staterooms fore and one berth aft. The boat was rigged nicely with canopies to provide shade. This thoughtful addition mad lounging on deck quite enjoyable on sunny days. There are no screens on the ventilation portals. Expect mosquitoes. The host was proactive and reached out to me before my stay to arrange our meeting. He’s quite a nice man, and accommodated me with an extra nite stay when I made a mistake with my booking. This is notable because he was sailing the boat the next day. Be aware that the shower provides plenty of hot water, on demand. The head is a little funky even for a marine head. You will do well to fill the head with clean water from the shower after use or the rocking of the boat will pump grey water into the bowl. This is easily managed if you know what to do. Be aware that you can and should lock the companionway when you leave the boat. Take the time needed to learn how to lock up- just in case. When I arrived, the large berth at the bow was nicely made up with clean sheets and towels. I slept in that berth one night and moved to the berth on the port side. The berth at the bow has a bigger bed, but it’s sideways to the boat, with you head to port and your feet to starboard. The port berth has your head to the bow and your feet to stern. That’s more to my liking. It may be an exception, but the boat suffered from poor housecleaning before my stay. The floors where gritty. A wet mop has been used to swab above deck and was stored in the open near the companionway. The bowl of the toilet was clean, but the exterior of the bowl was grimy. So I cleaned up a little and enjoyed the boat. I communicated the situation to my host and he apologized. It’s a boat. It’s not a hotel. It had a great location when I stayed. The host is quite accommodating.

Super séjour sur La Tripote

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur le bateau d Olivier. L emplacement est au calme. Le métro est à 10 min à pied. Les resto à 5 min à pied. Il y a aussi un parking pas loin. Le bateau est bien équipé et confortable.

Sehr coole Unterkunft für Barcelona-Aufenthalt

Das Boot liegt sehr ruhig und sicher (Wachdienst in der Marina) im Hafen, in die Stadt kann man zu Fuß oder wer es mag auch mit dem Taxi. Unser Auto haben wir im Marina-Parkhaus untergebracht (vorher Online reservieren). Auf einem Boot zu übernachten ist ein Erlebnis für sich, da es durchaus etwas schaukelt, im Inneren enger als in anderen Unterkünften zugeht und man an Deck frühstücken kann. Diverse Restaurants in kurzer Entfernung in der Marina und auch der Strand ist gut zu erreichen.

Un logement atypique génial

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour sur La Tripote, un logement original, confortable et relaxant. Au calme, nous avons pu nous ressourcer tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des plages. La goélette est idéalement située. Olivier, le propriétaire est accueillant et amical, plein de bons conseils. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez un ami.

Chaud la Tripote !

Une bien belle goélette La Tripote ! On est venu en plein épisode de grosse chaleur ! Ce n’est pas de la faute d’Oli… mais dur dur sans clim et malgré 2 petits ventilos. Oli nous a gentiment apporté une clim portative mais sans grand effet… Une vraie expérience ! PS : emportez des moustiquaires !

Heerlijk!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd in Barcelona gehad, mede door het relaxte verblijf op boot. Vriendelijke ontvangst met een korte rondleiding en handige tips en weetjes over de boot. Meer dan genoeg ruimte voor ons 3 binnen in de boot, de fietsen konden we vlakbij de boot stallen en op het dek waaide een verkoelend briesje. Na een dag in de drukke, gezellige stad was het heerlijk om op het dek in alle rust bij te komen en te genieten van het uitzicht op Barcelona.

Très bon séjour

Propriétaire très agréable et à l’écoute de ses clients aucun problème lors du séjours. Très bien placé pour nous étant un groupe de jeune proche de la plage, des restaurants et des boites pour le soir. Seul petit bémol il manque d’air dans le bateau en été il fait très chaud à l’intérieur.

Location!

This stay was definitely an experience. Olivier was very nice and responsive. The boat itself was tight and swayed some, as we expected, but you just can't beat the location. You are right in the action with the port situated right in between the beaches. For a family of 5 you just couldn't beat the pricing and the location.

Super séjour sur le voilier ! Bien placé sur le bout de la Marina 👍 proche des bars, restos, plage, casino et entrée de métro. On conseille ! Il faut tout de même s'attendre à des couchettes de bateau on est loin de chambres d'hôtel mais ça reste correct 😉

Emplacement idéal pour 3 j a barcelone

Tout le monde a adorer visiter Barcelone tout d abord et dormir de façon insolite dans une goélette. Adapté à une famille avec 2 ados.Piece principale spacieuse cabine agréable pour dormir avec un petit roulie... Attention difficile d'avoir du noir complet; idéalement situé pour visiter et aller se baigner en rentrant le soir juste à côté. Olivier nous a très bien accueillis et a été très disponible et réactif pour toutes questions et mm intervention. Bref un endroit que l'on recommandé fortement.

boat living

the boat was old however serviceable. It had 3 berths with port holes in all 3. The stove worked and there was a sizable refrigerator. If you have never stayed on a boat know that the bathroom is a challenge. The reason for 2 stars is that the last day on the boat it rained. We had prepared for this by closing all the ports. We returned to the boat and two of the berths were wet in several areas as well as the main cabin. We contacted Oli and the response was "it is possible to have some water infiltration with dry wood". Very disappointed as he would be aware that the boat leaks when it rains. We had to sleep on the floor the last night and you can imagine the smell. Speaking of smells the holding tank needed to be emptied prior to our stay and the bathroom was unbearable the last two days no matter how much water we used to dilute it. With a little more work and maintenance this would have been an great adventure however it turned into a disaster.

3 dage på en båd i Barcelona havn

Vi havde 3 dage i Barcelona, hvor det var en skøn oplevelse at bo på en båd. Barcelona i august er meget varm, så vi savnede aircondition. Det var også svært at sove om natten, da kahytterne var varme. Men båden var fin, og vi brugte dækket meget.

Barcelona boat stay

We loved staying on the boat and were sad to leave, 3 nights were not enough. It’s a great location and a very beautiful boat. It was exactly as it says on the tin, no frills and a bit difficult to get on and off but was all part of the fun. We will definitely be going back.
