Character building of the 15th century completely renovated, with 2 cottages U FILANCIU and A CAPPELLINA all comforts, possibility to rent the two houses. 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches, great hikes in the area.
The accommodation has: air conditioning, bed 160 (Mattress SIMMONS) and sofa bed 140 new equipment, satellite tv and wifi,
dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven, fridge + freezer has drawers, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, the large terrace is equipped with a living room and dining area
Craftsman in love with old buildings I completely renovated this house respecting the old materials.
My rates would be supposedly slightly more expensive than average but given the benefits and qualities of the materials in all modesty must be compared with what is comparable, you choose
