DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
Ground Floor
As you walk up the stairs to the villa’s entrance you will be greeted by the stunning ground floor outdoor area. There are four sun loungers with two parasols surrounding the sparkling infinity pool (lit to perfection at night making it a perfect spot for star gazing). The pool is 7m by 4m and features a traditional ceramic water fountain. To the left of the villa down the stone pathway there is a bench surrounded by colourful plants and flowers, making it the perfect reading area with sun or shade depending on time of day.
Overlooking the infinity pool there is a large outdoor dining area sheltered by the beautiful, traditional wooden pergola with woven fabric giving it a special Cypriot charm. The pergola affords great privacy from neighbouring villas. To the right of this you will find a modern gas BBQ for alfresco dining. To the left of the 'secret garden' there is an open spiral staircase meandering up to the spacious rooftop terrace. The terrace has breath-taking views for miles around including the Sea near Coral Bay. It has two sun loungers for those who want a sneaky extra hour of sunbathing with a good book, and to the right there is a table seating four, perfect for those sunset cocktails. ''Villa Adara was wonderful, everything we could need was there. The pool was very welcome especially as Cyprus was experiencing a heatwave. The view from the pool and terrace was stunning and we enjoyed watching the goats.
The location was Ideal - easy and quick to get in to Peyia village, also easy to get to Coral Bay and Paphos both a short drive but at the same time in a peaceful area. Highly recommend The Old Cinema in Peyia, Geitonia Traditional Kebab House in Peyia (eat in or takeaway) warning though in both places portions are huge! Also in Coral Bay Seriani Resturant - the food is delicious, the prices very good and the team crazy!
Very satisfied with your service- kept us well informed through out the booking process and in the lead up to our trip. Lots of advice on activities available in the area, discounts available and also resturants. Diana the Manager was brilliant, visited a couple of times once as a welcome meet to give us tips on the area and villa, again to replace the gas bottle on the bbq the morning after we messaged her the night before. and again the day before we left to check all ok with us and we had enjoyed our stay.
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Adara and hope to come back soon - hopefully not in another heatwave. [Emoji Removed]

''Villa Adara was a lovely property, felt like a real home from home and the views are stunning.
The location was good, still close enough to walk into Peyia, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Vrisi and The Brewery are great bars and also good for catching the football.
The service provided by yourselves was first class as always, especially with the added complications of COVID. The local manager (Diana) was lovely and full of recommendations. She does a great job. .''

''Just returned from villa Adara. The villa was everything it promised to be. Location was great …. A 10 minute walk into the heart of Peyia with fantastic views of the mountains from the pool area and terrace.
The villa itself was spotlessly clean with every home comfort you could want, whilst maintaining its Cypriot charm. As well as taking advantage of lazy days spent in the infinity pool absorbing the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings, we explored the beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites were Agios Georgios just a 15 minute drive away where we were lucky enough to see turtles when snorkelling and the local beaches of Pomos a 40 minute drive up over the mountains near Polis.
We enjoyed traditional excellent Cypriot cuisine at the local Peyia Tavern and Yiannis Taverna in the traditional village of Kathikas just a 15 minute drive away. Both taverns have a superb welcome, wonderful traditional food at excellent prices.
Excellent communication from Letsrentonline from the outset and Diana was a very welcoming friendly host who made sure we were greeted with a welcome pack and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend the villa and the company and will definitely be returning. Cyprus is our home from home. Regards Amanda . ''

''As usual well prepared and in good condition. The location is superb, fantastic views over the Cyprus countryside and a quite relaxing location. We did hire a boat from Latchi Watersports to visit the Blue Lagoon, thanks for the discount voucher we had a fantastic day. Yes, easy to communicate with excellent instructions on how to get to and enter the Villa. No problem in getting in touch with the local manager who left us her mobile number and visited us. Very happy with the service provided. Needless to say another fantastic was enjoyed by us all in Cyprus. Kind regards. Phil T . ''

''The villa was in excellent condition with all the kitchen items, internet, TV outdoor facilities you could want (as per last year). Note that the Villa feels more like a home than just a rental Villa, ther is good clear instructions on how to use all the electrical items, gas cooker and BBQ.
Villa Adara is off the usual locations around Coral Bay in Peyia, but is a fantastic place for peace and quiet with superb countryside views especially at sunrise and sun set. We stayed quite close to Paphos going to the beaches at Corral Bay and the Sea You Bar on the main Papos road. We used the local Restaurant's in Payia all which are good, also Gustoso near to Paphos, Oriro by the Sea and Duoma (with your 20% off voucher).
The service was excellent as usual with the fridge stocked with eggs, water, milk, bacon and bread for a quick arrival meal (his included a bottle of local wine that my daughter quicky polished off). Diania came round to visit us on the day after our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything. Really, top class service. Good communications and the update on Cyprus Corvid 19 regulations on going into shops was very useful. . ''
Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia (Peigeia). Villa Aldara has a delightful position on the hillside in Peyia overlooking the surrounding valley.
The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!
