Entire home including two car garage is available for your next desert vacation! There are four bedrooms all with Smart TVs and the following bed setup: Master has a king mattress with walk-in closet/private bathroom/work desk, 2nd bedroom features a California king mattress with closet and a futon couch that folds into full bed, 2nd & 3rd bedroom connected by jack & jill bathroom with double vanity, shower, separate toilet space with door. 3rd Bedroom has California King with walk-in closet and 4th Bedroom has a Queen mattress. The living room also contains a large couch. There is a work desk in the master bedroom.
There are three bathrooms...the Master bath features a double vanity, separate toilet space with door, shower, soaking tub, and fireplace. The Jack & Jill bathroom #2 has a double vanity, separate toilet space with door, and shower. Also a convenient pool bathroom #3 with both outdoor and hallway entrances and it has a pedestal sink & toilet.
There are five large LCD Smart TV's in the bedrooms and living rooms. There are three fireplaces (linear one in living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom). Private 18ft long salt water pool with heating available for an additional fee of $80 per day which offsets the propane heat bill. Home features a Pebble Tec pool surface, private courtyard, single level home-no stairs, 3 fruit trees in backyard (grapefruit, lime, and orange).
Kitchen is modern and well stocked with drip coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, silverware, fridge with ice in door with water dispenser, extra fridge in garage, cooking basics: oil, salt & pepper. Many more kitchen items provided not listed. Guest starter kit includes coffee, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Additional amenities include pool floats, pool noodles, some toys available for children to play with, a pack & play, beach towels, hangers, linens, extra pillows, blankets, propane tank BBQ grill, umbrella, shaded area with 2 hanging sky chairs, patio set, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, pool toys, baby fold-up playpen, child's wagon, and board games.

Other Rules to Note:
-Pool heat is $80 per day and we request it be paid in advance for scheduling.
- Per new city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with limited amount of visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find outside noise or excess guests the primary guest is responsible for the fine in excess of $1,000.Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their drivers license before check-in.
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.
- (For guests staying over three weeks only) Unless pre-approved in advance to waive there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required every three weeks to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Two or three housekeepers will be onsite. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.
