The 3.5m x 6.5m swimming pool is protected by an underwater alarm. A terrace shaded by a plane tree provides an idyllic setting for meals with family or friends.
On the garden level, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining room, followed by a tastefully decorated living room. Light colours and a bay window illuminate the living space. To the rear, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet add to the comfort.

Upstairs, a hallway converted into a sitting area invites you to relax. Three bedrooms, all south-facing, offer a peaceful place to relax. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second a double bed, and the third is spacious, with a 160 cm bed and a children's corner with a 90 cm bed.
