Our family extends a warm invitation to you to enjoy the delights of our luxurious 5 bedroom (3 U.S. KING Beds), 4 Bathroom Executive Lake View home. We invite you to share our home where you will experience the environment you know you deserve, we will do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible - why settle for less? Our beautiful, spacious but inviting home has been exquisitely furnished and comprehensibly equipped with everything that you would require for the perfect vacation.

Southview Villa lies in a quiet secluded enclave of luxurious private executive homes surrounded by wooded areas and three lakes. It is situated within the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley, a peaceful oasis and an ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity away from the crowds and pamper yourself.

It has its own private pool and spa. There is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa, recommended Oct - May.

Just 10/15 minutes from Disney World, 20 mins to SeaWorld and 30 minutes to Universal/Islands of Adventure, perfectly situated for all the theme parks.

We are literally minutes from unlimited shops, dining and entertainment attractions that have become synonymous with the 192.

If you must keep your "Finger on the Pulse" don't worry as we provide free wireless internet access and free National and International phone calls 24 hours a day. It is the perfect place to embark on an enchanted journey of Central Florida and see the delights it has to offer the entire family.

Best villa we have stayed in!

I could not find fault with this villa at all. The brand-new mattresses were very comfortable. The heated pool was perfect, and very much enjoyed by the kids. Overall it's the best villa we have stayed at, in and around the Kissimmee area. We look forward to returning and have already booked our next stay in this lovely villa.

We had a wonderful April vacation stay at this property. We have rented other places in the past and this one was by far our best yet. We cook a lot and found that the cookware and appliances were perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool (we had it heated) and enjoyed fishing in the lake. We would definitely return to this property again. Maddie was very responsive during our time there with any communication. Thank you!

Beautiful vacation escape

This home was amazing. The pictures and descriptions in the listing were exact. We felt so comfortable staying here for our vacation. It is conveniently located close to all the theme parks which was a huge help. The security gates and guard station gave us a lot of comfort knowing we were safe. The pool and game room were our favorite spots to hang out when we weren't at a theme park. Maddie left very detailed and easy to understand rules and information we would need for our stay. She was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond. The whole resort was beautifully maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

Great pool

The home is great except for the mattresses on all 3 king beds were extremely worn out. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor light by the pool was out but Maddie responded quickly and the bulbs were placed by the next day.

Perect family stay

We have stayed at this house for the past 4 years. We love the location, its close to everything. The house is perfect for our family. Pool is great for the kids and there is a park near by. We love this house !!!

Disney days

Our family had a wonderful time. There was adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be able to spread out and have the own space as needed. Everyone absolutely loved the heated pool and spa. If we were to do a similar trip in the future we would definitely contact Maddie. She was wonderful to communicate with about all aspects of the rental. 5 stars all the way. No complaints about anything.

Holiday Fun

Maggie is easy to work with and keeps you informed every step of the way. The house was perfect for a small family or several families. Loved having a hot tub to relax in after the parks. It heated up quickly and it was well over 100 degrees!

This home is exactly as described in the listing. Great neighborhood. Easy access to everything you want to do. Home is very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfortable. Everything you could want for a vacation rental. Loved the extra bathrooms. Owner is very responsive for any questions or concerns you might have. Great place!

Our group of eight retirees enjoyed our stay very much. Maddie (owner) responds quickly and is lovely to communicate with. Everything was clean and as-advertised. We found mid-stay that we wanted heat in the pool (extra charge), and we were there Sept 20-30, if that helps anyone else decide. Without the extra heat, it was ok for some, but a little too cool for others.

Beautiful Rental

This was our 4th time using VRBO for our Florida trip vacation rentals. I have to say…and my husband agrees, this was the best one of all. We came to Florida to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday and having an amazing home to come back to at the end of the day was the best. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The community was quiet and we felt very safe. WalMart is literally 5 min away to stock up on snacks for the kids. I was able to reach the property manager and get a quick response when I had a question. Maddie was so responsive, accommodating and most importantly, kind and welcoming during our email interactions. The home is large with plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The beds were comfortable as well. I love that the pool is pretty private. And the view of the lake was lovely. I’m so happy to have been able to book this home for our stay. We have already said that this will be our new vacation rental whenever we return to the area. Thank you Maddie for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. ☺️ I can’t wait till next time!!

First VRBO stay

We had such a fantastic time staying at the house. It was perfectly located for all the activities we did during our stay. It was a highlight of our trip for ease, comfort, and relaxation. It was our first time staying somewhere other than a hotel and I will do this everytime I travel for long periods. Maddie was fantastic for booking and communication. The whole process was so smooth and everyone was in aww of the home. The adults couldn’t say enough about how wonderful the house was and the kids thought we were staying at a mansion. Can say enough about the pool - after a long day at the parks all we could think about was how wonderful it was going to be to get back to the house, unwind and jump in the pool. Thank you Maddie for everything and we hope to be back!

Fantastic Home and Great Location for Disney!

We absolutely loved our stay. Maddie was so communicative and fast with her responses if I had questions. The house is in a wonderful gated neighborhood. The location is perfect! So close to all the Disney parks. Only a 20 minute drive. Plus super close to grocery stores and many restaurants! Would rather stay here than any Disney resort anytime! Home is wonderfully accommodating with lots of space.

Perfect setup

Maddie’s vacation house was the perfect setup for our family. It was well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed. The heated spa and pool was a bonus. It is only about 20 minutes to Disney World and close to restaurants and shops. The location near the lake in the estate was also quite pretty. Maddie was generous, communicative and welcoming. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great location and very roomy

Maddie was so sweet and responsive in her communications with me. We very much enjoyed our stay at her home. The gated community was very lovely and felt safe. It was pretty close to all the parks. I think there are a few beds that should be replaced as they were pretty worn out and quite uncomfortable (both sets of twin beds and the downstairs front room king bed). And please be aware that you'll need to supply your own paper products beyond the first day. That wasn't communicated until after we were already committed beyond our cancellation date. It stressed me out to have to take time to shop as soon as we arrived so we wouldn't run out of TP during our trip. I would gladly pay a little higher rental fee to have all that taken care of. There were only 2 large trash bags supplied which wasn't enough for our week long stay. And I wish there had been more hand towels and wash clothes provided. But overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Family fun in the sun

the facility was beautiful. It had all the space we needed and more. The high ceilings gave a feeling of spaciousness and the 12 of us never seemed crowded. The pool and spa were well used by all. One reported issue was dealt with promptly by maintenance.

Immaculate home close to Disney for a fraction of the price!

We loved our stay here! The home was even more beautiful in person, the host provided excellent communication before and during our stay, and the teen boys loved the pool table. We all agreed the beds were super comfortable which is important after a long day in the Disney parks. The hot tub and master tub were also much appreciated by sore feet. We highly recommend this home!

Denis and I were married for nearly thirty nine years before he sadly passed away. We had two children, Suzanne and Robert. We had grown up together and family life was central to us both. I had been fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom and made it my mission to provide a loving home environment for us all; this is something which I am immensely proud of. I have now turned my attention to our home in Florida. Families play an important role in our lives and we hope this devotion has transcended into our stunning home in Florida. We are fortunate to call previous guests, friends, and for us this is what owning a home is all about. Communication is the key…it is not a blind transaction, we are here to make sure your stay is as pleasurable as possible. Trust is also a key feature.

As soon as we visited the area we knew it was the place for us. It has so much to offer…tennis, basketball, volley ball, and much, much more. Our resort is so tranquil; a haven for wildlife and our newest addition is our fabulous community pool and splash area for adults and children alike! It is so central to all of Orlando’s attractions dining, shopping and much, much more.
