Gleicher Preis, weniger Platz

Nach wie vor ein grundsätzlich schönes Objekt in einer ruhigen Anlage mit schönem Gemeinschaftspool. Allerdings wurde im Vorjahr zum gleichen Preis ein Raum mehr vermietet. Investiert wird in das Objekt offenbar auch nicht mehr (weiterhin ein Deckenventilator defekt, an der Terrassenausstattung könnte mal was gemacht werden). Immer noch keine Spülmaschine. Warmwasser wird ab drei duschenden Menschen eng. Insgesamt sicherlich schön dort und man macht nichts verkehrt, aber für das Gebotene ist der Preis dann schlicht deutlich zu hoch. Für das Doppelbett gibt es nur eine Decke. Für zwei Personen mitunter etwas ungünstig. War uns jetzt egal, weil es so heiß war, daß man gar keine brauchte.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung. Das wunderbare Pezenas ist in zwanzig Minuten erreichbar, die Fahrt zum Strand dauert etwa eine halbe Stunde. Toller Pool in der Siedlung, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der in einer anderen Bewertung kritisierte Straßenlärm ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Nicht wirklich wahrnehmbar (und wir kommen vom Land). Auch die dort genannte Baustelle war morgens wahrnehmbar, aber auch ok. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Keine Spülmaschine, aber das war ja bereits anhand der Beschreibung vorher klar. Kontakt zur örtlichen Agentur lief über WhatsApp und war völlig problemlos. Wichtig: Mückenspray einpacken! Alles in allem: Würde ich wieder buchen.

Beautiful Pezenas

Staying in this property was great It has all the utilities required if you like to cook The house was spotless. The beds are very comfortable & there's a really good shower with plenty hot water Outside in the large garden there was a good size table & chairs on the patio with a parasol along with a range of sun loungers, very private space that gets the sun all day Sophie who took care of the property, gave us a very warm welcome along with her husband She is a very kind & obliging lady, they even came to see us as we departed, lovely, lovely people We will be back 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Le jardin terrasse sauve le séjour

Le jardin et Rdc + aménagements corrects sauf four cassé malgré promesse de remplacemen. SDB : les joints de la douche noires sont à REFAIRE + manque de propreté. Chambres : les moquettes sont sales et non nettoyées. Rangement dans une chambre inexistant. Les dimensions annoncées des lits sont mensongères s (190 x 140) et non 200 x 150. Éclairage central défaillants. Ventilateur plafond chambre principale défaillant.

Maison mal située !

La maison en elle-même est bien mais située dans une résidence qui se trouve juste à côté de la caserne des pompiers, près de la gendarmerie et tout proche d'un axe routier très emprunté donc loin d'être l'idéal pour se reposer ! De plus, les propriétaires avisés fin mai de la construction de deux maisons et d'une piscine juste de l'autre côté du mur du jardin n'informent pas les futurs locataires qui découvrent cela à l'arrivée ! Pour se reposer et profiter, c'est zéro pointé !!!

A quiet little piece of France

We booked late and were surprised to find such a gem of a villa with a shared pool, great for cooling off and meeting fellow travellers. Tucked away in a secure gated domains, this 2/3 bed villa had everything we needed for our 9 day stay in Pezenas. The accommodation was clean and well presented throughout. The kitchen/dining/ lounge area was large enough for our needs as we spent most of our time in the pool or the lovely large garden area with its peach and plum trees. There is plenty of shade to be found in the garden as the day unfolds, with the sun still present for our evening barbecues. Communications with Christiane and the onsite property manager Émilie were easy and provided swift responses. Indeed, when one of the sun loungers needed replaced, this was done first thing the very next morning. A lovely little villa in the gorgeous town of Pezenas, which has a great bustling market every Saturday morning. We would definitely return here again.
