The Bunk House (450 ftsq). Built for our children and grand children visits. We added a 8 x 12 Screen Room on the front. The entry comes in the Screen Room into the kitchenette/living room. The bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. There is a bathroom that has a shower, sink, and toilet. This cabin is located 100 ft. behind our home, nestled in the woods. Sebago Lake is down the driveway and across the street. Bring your water toys/use our Paddle Boat/Boards. Water shoes are recommended.

Cozy and fun cottage. All we needed for a weekend visit for our family of 4. Morning SUP and swim was wonderful. Great hosts! We would definitely stay here again.
Tats and Shelia‘s place was just perfect. The cabin was rustic and quaint as well clean and had all the amenities we needed. The lake was just across the street and a beautiful place to swim and watch sunsets at night. We had such a great stay!
Very clean and the hosts were most helpful. Our 9 year old had fun trying out a paddle board and despite a rainy week we still had fun in the Sebago Lake region.
Great little spot, really set up nicely. They have everything placed conveniently. No looking for anything you need it's all right there. Very friendly hosts. Nice spot lots to do in the area and lots of water activity available there definitely a good get away
We enjoyed our stay very much. Cottage was clean and very cozy. Right across the street from the lake which hosted spectacular sunsets! 15 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants and 1 hour from Portland. A small surprise of no TV which we actually enjoyed the peacefullness. Great memories, great vacation, great hosts.
The Bunkhouse was the perfect fit for our family. Private dock with easy access to crystal clear water. Paddle Boards and life jackets were there for us to use. Dennis and Shiela were so sweet.
I would come back here in a heartbeat.
The area has plenty to do for all, even an easy drive to Portland.
Dennis and Sheila continue to welcome us as if we are family and we are always at ease. The property is lovely, cabin is clean, beds comfortable and the lake is a tranquil and heavenly getaway. We couldn't recommend this place any higher and fear that if people know how wonderful it is then we might lose availability options! ;-)
I had a wonderful time and the hosts were so kind. But it was difficult to get into your website to speak with the host once an email was sent to me. I was able to get a number to call customer service and got the host phone number and address to destination but GPS sent me to the wrong address but someone helped me to find it. And and email was not sent until the day I was going wishniy was sooner
Dennis and Sheila are kind, welcoming hosts willing to share their love of the area. The online information provided is accurate. The bunkhouse is spotless and equipped with every little thing your heart desires. I enjoyed the spectacular sunsets overlooking Sebago Lake just across the street. I enjoyed every quiet minute sitting at the lake relaxing or reading or swimming (floating) in the refreshing water. I would love to visit again to better explore the area and enjoy the tranquility I experienced. Thank you Dennis and Sheila
I am from Maine but live in Oregon - it was nice to be at Sebago in this wonderful cabin. Rustic atmosphere and beautiful view and access to the lake. Dennis and Sheila felt like family. We discovered Frye Island and although I am a native Mainer -I had never been. I enjoyed every minute!
Tiny bunkhouse with all the furnishings you need! Very accommodating hosts-across the street to lovely dock-swimming and sunsets! Relaxing place-very comfortable-tons of books! Had to leave early as for asthmatic bronchitis but otherwise great time!
Beautiful spot with Lake Sebago. access. Easy in and out with everything you need. My son caught a striped bass down in Old Orchard and we brought it back and grilled it up one night with fresh tomatoes and sugar snap peas from our hosts own garden!
The “bunkhouse” was clean, had everything you will ever need, including books and games! It is right across the street from the lake. Lake is cleanest I have ever visited. The hosts are wonderful and even shared their veggies from the gardens that are all over the property. The fire pit even had wood available for everyone to enjoy. You can’t beat this little cabin, the hosts, and it’s location!
We enjoyed our little getaway very much!
The cottage was just as described, and very clean and cozy. The sleeping room is bigger than expected and the bathroom was really nice, too. We cooked a little in the kitchen, and even got to share a cookout with Dennis and Sheila...who kindly offered half of their already heated grill. We really loved walking across the road to the lake and spent most of our time there, swimming, jumping off the dock, using their peddle boat and paddle boards! We even met some nice neighbors who offered to put air in our float, since we forgot our pump. The use of the fire pit at night was a nice treat as well... and it rained one night, so we played some fun boardgames that were in the cottage. :)
Enjoyed using the cottage as a home base for a few days as we explored Maine. Dennis was very communicative and helpful with many wonderful amenities listed that we didn’t get to use.
Adorable cabin in a beautiful area in Maine. We had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maine. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

About the host
Hosted by Dennis and Sheila Frappier
We purchased this home and developed this Bunkhouse for family use and also make it available for guests who want a cozy clean place to sleep and have for a base while they visit or explore the area. We have vegetable and flower gardens and enjoy this wonderful location.
Why they chose this property
This property sits on a hill overlooking the Big Basin of Sebago Lake looking west. The weather here is extreme. Sometimes it is extremely peaceful and quiet. Sometimes it is extremely windy when the wind is from the West. It is always safe and a nurturing environment.
What makes this property unique
This cozy and newly refinished space is very reasonably priced. If you want a comfortable place to sleep and bathe and have a meal between your outdoor adventures and explore this area it is ideal. If you need a large home with open space to entertain company this is likely not your best option.
