About this property

New and functional house in a quiet area and close to all shops (bakery, vegetables, pizzas, fishmongers, carrefour city ..), train station and bike rental 800m walk.
It consists of 2 bedrooms each with bed 140 cm and dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk - in shower and double basin, 1 separate toilet, a living room with kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven) rotating, dishwasher, hood, induction hob, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, kettle ..) a dining area and a lounge with flat screen TV 102 cm, a storeroom with washing machine, garage for storing bike or sports equipment, a wooden terrace with table and chairs and a summer kitchen area with plancha. All on a fenced plot of 310 m2 with electric gate.
Many bike paths directly from the house, Lake Teich with supervised beach at 20 min max walk, ornithological park and many activities in the town of Gujan Mestras 10 minutes by car (Aqualand, the ladybird park, mini golf , bowling, tree climbing, municipal swimming pool .....) and a little further the ocean beaches, the dune of Pyla ......
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
A deposit of 400 € will be asked on arrival by check or cash.
A cleaning fee of 50 € is offered. It can be retained on the deposit if the house is not returned in a good state of cleanliness.

10/10 - Hervorragend

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn in diesem schönen, neuen und modernen Haus. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr sauber und die Raumaufteilung für unsere Belange bestens. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und ist uns vor allem bei den An- und Abreisezeiten sehr entgegengekommen. Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit selbst versorgt, was durch die fußläufig erreichbaren Bäckerei, Gemüse- und Obstladen, Fischladen und Supermarkt perfekt funktioniert hat. Vor dem Haus ist direkt die Bahntrasse, die Arcachon und Bordeaux verbindet, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Im Gegenteil: wir haben die Bahn gerne genutzt (der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte eine tolle Zeit!

Duurzame vakantiewoning

We hadden een prima verblijf in een mooie duurzaam gebouwde woning. De trein dendert wel geregeld op 25 m van de woning voor 10 seconden maar het geluid viel mee. Het is een goed gefaciliteerde woning echter de tuin incl meubilair mag een upgrade krijgen. Jammer dat Le Teich weinig te bieden heeft en je dus overal een auto voor nodig hebt. Arcachon, Bicarosse, Dune du Pylat en uiteraard Bordeaux hebben genoeg te bieden. Een bezoek aan een wijnmakerij lukte helaas niet, dat moet je echt tijdig, soms maanden te voren al boeken. De host is erg vriendelijk maar spreekt weinig tot geen Engels. Desondanks hebben we een fijne vakantie hier gehad.

Sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (3 & 2 Jahre) hier und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super nett und schnell. Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und sauber. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und größer als die angegebenen 66 qm erwarten lassen. Der großzügige und komplett umzäunte Außenbereich lädt ein zu einem Glas Wein am Abend und die Kinder können ohne bedenken draußen spielen. Absolutes Highlight im Outdoorbereich ist ein Plancha! Auf diesem kann Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse nach belieben gebraten werden und dieser hat für mich den nicht vorhandenen Grill ersetzt:-). Zugegeben ist die anliegende Bahntrasse gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dank fehlendem Güterverkehr und geringer Zuggeschwindigkeiten um den Bahnhof Le Teich war die Lautstärke aber erträglich und wir haben sie nicht als störend empfunden (Auch die Kids hatten keine Probleme beim ein- und durchschlafen). Zusätzlicher Vorteil; dank des naheliegenden Bahnhof können der Strand von Arcachon, die Fährfahrt zum Cap Ferret oder auch das Abendessen in Gujan-Maestras am Hafen(ein absolutes Muss), mit dem Zug erreicht werden. Der Bäcker, lokale Fischhändler, Gemüsehändler und ein U Express (Supermarkt) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für leidenschaftliche Selbstversorger und Köche ein Paradies ;-). Alles in allem haben wir eine super Zeit genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Génial !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison propre et fonctionnelle, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! La voiture peut être rentrée dans la cour fermée par un portail électrique, ce qui est très appréciable. L'emplacement est également idéal. La gare à proximité permet par exemple de se rendre à Arcachon en train en moins de 20 minutes et à un tarif très avantageux (4 euros aller/retour pour un enfant et un adulte). Nous avons également apprécié le parking relais + navette pour se rendre à la Dune du Pilat, pas mal de soucis de circulation sont ainsi épargnés ! La maison est également proche du village avec plusieurs petits commerces + un Super U mais aussi du lac/étang du Teich où les enfants ont adoré jouer et se baigner en toute sécurité. Tout est également très accessible en voiture aux alentours. Vraiment très bien, rien à redire ! Encore merci à la très sympathique propriétaire !

Sauberes neues Haus mit Potential

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem hübschen kleinen Haus (picobello sauber!). Bis an die Atlantikküste ist es nicht weit und so ist es ein idealer, bezahlbarer Ausgangsort für wunderschöne Urlaubstage. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch als das elektrische Hoftor uns nicht mehr rauslassen wollte, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen...:) Einzige Kritik: direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt die rege befahrene Bahnstrecke (Tag und Nacht). Da das Haus wirklich sehr hellhörig ist und man zudem nachts das Fenster zum Lüften öffnen muss, donnert der Zug sprichwörtlich vorm Fenster vorbei. Das hätten wir gern im Vorfeld gewusst. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen, denn alles andere war wirklich perfekt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Très satisfait

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui donne de bons conseils. Maison au calme (malgré les voies de chemins de fer proches), bien située (commerces, gare à proximité). Bel équipement dans la maison, rien ne manque, très bonne literie et très belle terrasse avec plancha.

Bon séjour. Logement bien équipé y compris à l extérieur. Propriétaires très disponibles. Regret d avoir la voie ferrée un peu bruyante dans la journée mais calme la nuit Avons passé un excellent séjour

location conforme à la description

La location est irréprochable tant au niveau de la propreté que des équipements. Il n'y a vraiment rien à signaler... fait rarissime. La commune du teich est bien placée et n'est pas loin d'un grand axe routier ce qui vous permettra de visiter le bassin d'ARCACHON et la dune du Pyla. Je recommande cette location ... à refaire au printemps.

Location encore mieux que sur les photos....tout y est , il ne manque vraiment rien. Tous les commerces sont proches ainsi que tous les moyens de locomotion pour se rendre dans les lieux touristiques. Séjour parfait, merci à Nathalie.
