Equipped with 2 King Suites downstairs, Same Time Next Year provides plenty of privacy and room to spread out. The Walk-in tile shower in the Master Suite will delight your senses! The second King Suite has a Shower/Tub combo which opens to the hallway for additional access.

Additional sleeping arrangements for 2 in the loft with built-in bunks. Each bunk is equipped with it's own reading lamp.

Same Time Next Year has a fully equipped kitchen with exquisite granite countertops and rich, dark cabinetry. The island bar is perfect for entertaining or simply keeping the Master Chef company while they prepare your delicious meals!

Same Time Next Year has a wonderful open floorplan that is perfect for spending time and making memories with family and friends! A 3rd full bath is located in the upstairs loft area to accommodate guests sleeping in bunks and/or those playing PAC Man, watching TV or playing other games

On the back patio you'll find a cozy hot tub with a gorgeous forest view! Kick back around the fire pit for ghost stories and marshmallow roasting or just watch for the deer and other wildlife passing by. Relax and lounge on the large outdoor sectional. Fire up the gas grill and create the perfect steak dinner after a long day on the lake and dine on the back deck. For more outside entertainment, challenge your friends and family to a round of horseshoes and cornhole!

Same Time Next Year is family friendly cabin perfect for a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cabin is perfect for two families to share, with each having their privacy.

Very nice and comfortable

We had a great stay and the cabin was perfect. When we arrived the lights were on and soft music was playing like the cabin was waiting for us. We all thought it felt cozy and inviting. We would be very happy to stay again someday.

Perfect Cabin

This is the best cabin we've stayed in, and we've rented multiple times over the past two years. There are a lot of low quality builds in the area, but this one is solid. The layout was perfect. The proximity to town was good. The back porch was a haven. Location is overall great, but all the roads are very rough with some big potholes in places. This is NOT the owner's fault, just a caution for those without trucks or SUVs. I did almost back out because of the communication with the property management company. They communicate outside of VRBO which has never happened to me before and made my wary. They needed my ID and names/ages of everyone staying before I checked in "for safety reasons" so I opted to provide those in person instead of over email. They also require signing an agreement in addition to the policies you agree to when booking through VRBO. I did ask questions and signed once I felt comfortable, but then they somehow missed my reply and nearly cancelled on me causing me to panic at the last moment. It just wasn't a pleasant experience and almost resulted in me canceling. I recommend this cabin and would book again. Just disclosing some things that others might want to know up front.

Great weekend away!

The check in process was remote which was so simple and appreciated. The place was very clean and so charming! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including salt, pepper, and oil. We were also pleasantly surprised that they had decorated for Christmas!!! The hot tub, fire pit, and swing set were great amenities for a cozy weekend in with family. We didn’t leave the entire weekend!

Same Time Next Year

Really enjoyed our stay. Great for the dogs and kids. Location is remote, but be mindful of road conditions, lots of pit holes this time of year. Also bring any and all spices. Location was amazing, beds very comfortable, AC worked great. Would come back.

Beautiful secluded cabin with many amenities

This cabin was just beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much! The arcade game upstairs was a huge hit! The bedrooms and bathrooms were neat, clean and very comfortable. There is one cabin across the road but we never saw anyone during our stay. I can’t say enough how beautiful and inviting this cabin is. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Cabin

Amenities were great and close to town. The cabin was just like in the photographs. Perfect for a family or two families. The dirt roads are a little tough to maneuver.

Perfect for 2 couples!

Such a great place! Perfect space for 2 couples. Both bedrooms have king beds and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen was ideal for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of firewood for both indoor and outdoor fires. Loft space would be good for teenagers. Check in was easy and no issues during the stay. Location is amazing. You feel like your far in the woods but close enough to Hochatown if you want to explore. Just watch the potholes driving through the area! Definitely would come back.

Birthday Weekend!!

Same Time Next Year was exactly how my family felt when we arrived at the cabin and when we left. When we arrived welcoming music was playing. The yard and decks were so peaceful and were just as great as the inside to spend with family. The beds were all comfortable even the bunk beds. Beautiful decor and all the neccesities made our stay even better . Also they reached out to me before we made our journey from Texas, this was a big win for BBCL. Knowing that they were there if we needed them will keep us coming back. Awesome family birthday weekend!!!! Already planning oir next stay.
